Hotel is near to the subway, friendly and helpfull staff

You can not adjust the temperature in the room. Sleeping in 24 degrees is too hot. They use the swimmingpool for swimming lessons for local kids at the same time as the guest. This means you can not relax and you constantly have to be careful for the kids. This is not appropriate for a 5 star hotel.

We where there for 5 days ad 4 night. Everything is perfect in this hotel. It smells good with nice fragrance even before you pass the door of the hotel, the quality of the bed and pillows is exceptional, the bed sheets are agreeable and makes you fell super well in bed. Overall the decoration of the hotel is very nice, clean and elegant. There is a large space for bar, good teas and wine. Also the location is perfect, just in front of a metro station, close to the many touristic activities in Beijing. The staff can help you to book activities in remote places from the city center, like the Great Wall or the Ming's Tombs.

We were for just one day joining my son who stays in the hotel for 5 days and 4 night, and I would have like to stay much more in this hotel. Everything is perfect in this hotel. This was a standard 4 star hotel by European standards, so it was exactly as I expected. Functional business hotel which was perfectly nice and well located for my tourist trip to Beijing. Metro is right outside (line 2 the inner loop) and it is on the north east of city so only 25mins to PEK airport in a Taxi (quicker than metro which is 45mins) Easy and quick access to main sites.

Limited facilities in room. Nothing immediately beside the hotel if you're looking for convivence stores/restaurants etc. You really need to travel to other areas. So you'll be taxiing/metro everywhere. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a good value clean/safe hotel, but it is quite functional. At the price point I've little to complain about however and would recommend.

Location is great, there is a subway station just outside the hotel so easy access to all of Beijing via subway. There is a row of shops and restaurants near the hotel which is perfect, including a seven eleven. The staff were polite and welcoming, we arrived early and were ready to wait for our room, but the staff said it was no problem and we could access our room immediately. We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and again the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal.

- The location of the hotel was great - close to a 7/11, some restaurants and the train station - The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed - Our rooms were great - very clean and spacious and a great value for money - The hotel provides lots of amenities and facilities which greatly improved the quality of our stay

- The bins in the rooms are too small - The sliding doors in the bathrooms are a bit heavy and difficult to push

Besides the spacious and clean rooms, great facilities such as pool and restaurants, I should specifically mention the generous staff gestures: free chocolate gift, or free cup of americano. The location of the hotel is the most appropriate for one who is visiting Beijing for cultural attractions: the subway is just downstairs of the hotel, and you can easily find a taxi outside.

It would be just exceptional if the hotel had its own spa center.

The standard room did not live up to the expectations of a five star hotel. Water coming out of the shower into the bathroom, no small cups etc. Breakfast had a lot of choice but quality just so so and not well managed. People queuing at peak hours on the weekend. Despite a lot of staff buffet ran empty in between and the coffee quality was very poor. Not up to five-star expectation. The pool has an open Terrasse which was locked and we were told it was too dangerous to use it 🤷🏻‍♀️ (fear of people falling off) - a shame in the summer where it would have been nice to rest in the shade.

Staff were extremely helpful and spoke better english then most people in Beijing. Room was nice and clean. Location was indeed very convenient. About 30min by car from the airport (with night traffic) and as advertised literally in front of a subway station

As the hotel is conveniently connected next to a large intersection you can hear some background traffic noises from outside. If you're used to city life however it isn't that much of a bother and i slept very well regardless

Mostly everything, the hotel is wonderful, well decorated, beds are very confortable, well decorated, super clean. All the services you might expect in such an hotel are provided. The location is good, close to many shops, few subway stations away from the forbidden city and other main activities. The bar is nice with many teas.

The staff, despite very kind, is sometime a bit absent at both restaurants (chinese and regular one). At the chinese restaurant (wonderful but expensive), one might appreciate to have some thing else to drink than just beers. That would be easy, you can have many things from the bar.
