Amazing staff welcomed us. We arrived at around 1030am and they still let us get into the room. They gave us a welcome gift. The room was spotless. Breakfast was really good. And after 9 days of traveling through China, the nextdoor western restaurant was a pleasent, very much needed surprise. Overall great experience!

This is just me being picky, but the wall sockets were not that accesible. Other than that everything was amazing.

It’s a very beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Staff was doing my everything to help us and never fail :) Breakfast is unbelievably good! There is everything you can think of. From fresh made omelets and pancakes to variety of Asian delicious soups. Desserts are great. There are a lot of fresh fruits. One of the best breakfast I’ve ever had at the hotels. And one more thing - incredibly comfortable bed. We felt like we are sleeping in the clouds.

The hotel is located within 30 minutes from the airport and railway station. U town mall is located adjacent to the hotel. Lot of restaurants and shops. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The common amenities are located on the 6th floor. Pool and fitness centre are big and well maintained. Breakfast is good with both local and western options.

The bathroom fittings and WC was bit outdated and could do with an upgrade to new ones. The pillow menu could be improved. The dryer in the swimming pool changing locker was broken.

Lots of dining options in the area, nearby Chaoyang station is perfect for crossing the city center in north-south and east-west directs because it is where the lines 2 and 6 intersect. The rooms were spotless and quiet.

The lobby area is awkwardly shaped and not well-suited for representative meetings. The hotel is an adjunct to a mid-market shopping mall. Due to this, the location feels a little cramped.

Very nice, friendly and always helpful staff, great location, close to a subway station. Also i loved those cute robots bringing me water to my room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the vast breakfast options and the hotels attention to detail. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close enough to the tourist attractions whilst having a relaxed and quiet stay. The facilities are above average and includes a heated indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. The staff were very helpful as well.

I was with a group of my colleagues during the stay, unfortunately staff at the portal service treated me as if I was the servant for my colleagues, very rude indeed. This was not just picked up by myself but my colleagues who were there at the time.

I was attended by the manager Mr. Musa Yang. He was very polite and helpful. Was given cake for birthday and daily supply of fruits.

The hotel did not have a bidei for the muslim. It's a abit inconvenient. But overall the room is very comfortable.

I liked absolutely everything! the breakfast is varied and very tasty! The hotel manager Cola Xu helped us with many questions, thanks for him kindness and help, he deserves praise.

the room was warm and the thick duvets needed to be replaced with thin ones.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable, the breakfast had great variety. The gym was well equipped, the cafe in the lobby was nice, and the hotel was connected to a very big shopping mall with a good variety of shops and restaurants.
