The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They had good English and were extremely friendly. The maids even folded the clothes that I left lying around the room. The room was top quality. I've been to Beijing 12 times. This is by far the best place I've stayed in. It's located about a 5 minute walk from the subway, which is the easiest way for an illiterate American to get around the city. It's actually possible to rent a bike and cycle to the Olympic Village from here in about a half hour.

I liked everything. Perhaps some people would rather be close to Tiananmen and the Forbidden City, but I saw those decades ago and don't need to see them again.

- clean business hotel - professional staff with Lisa and Nina doing an excellent job at the reception - on the top floor there is a Crowne Plaza Business Loung with delicious free food - when I had an online meeting that went longer than until 10pm (closing time) the staff patiently waited until my meeting was over, much appreciated

- there could be more light in some rooms because it was a bit dark

Location was perfect. Walking distance (6 mins) to subway Line 4 and Line 10. Line 4 is connected to Beijing South railway station where a lot of high speed trains departure from, and the Daxing Airport. Line 10 is a ring route that connects the a lot of business / shopping areas. The area quiet. Staff was friendly. Yuqin helped with room supplies and was nice to talk to. The staff at the gym and swimming pool were supportive and warm. Room facilities are a bit old, but compensated by the generous size.

The rooms are large and comfortable. It's all very clean and the staff is very friendly and willing to assist you with everything. The location is good between two subway stations of different lines. Both within 5 minute walking distance.

The restaurant downstairs is very empty in the evening, after discovering the prices I understood why. Really missing a opportunity here. The pool is a bit chilly for kids to enjoy for more than 30 minutes. The lobby could be more comfortable. needs some reshaping.

The spa area and pool were wonderful after long days of meetings. Also, the staff was very helpful with advice and assistance for how to get to sightseeing spots and asking for cars when necessary. I especially thank Álvaro Liu and Marina at the buffet for their warm welcome and service. I also liked the range of pillows to choose from.

This is a very nice hotel, in a pleasant location. The staff is great, the rooms are elegant and well equipped, the lounge with view on the mountains is perfect for a day of work (and thanks a lot to the lounge staff who got a phone charger delivered to me!) The pool is perfect for actual swimming.

The breakfast was not good. The first room I got smelled of smoke, but the staff promptly found another room and it was perfect.

Lovely hotel with an amazing room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is however overpriced, but there are many restaurants a short walk away that serve delicious local cuisine. Easy access to the subway.

The location was good. We used taxi's as they were very cheap. Breakfast was very good with a huge choice. Concierge was very helpful. Lovely view of the city from our room and bathroom. Variety of restaurants very close to our hotel.

We had 4 in a room, 2 double beds which were quite small.

Excellent hotel in Beijing with well kept facilities, rooms with great views in the top floors and great breakfast / and room service food. Would certainly recommend especially if visiting the area for work purposes.

Very very friendly and hospital and helpful staff, we felt welcomed traveling as a family with two kids from the beginning, they even helped us to organize a tour to the great wall the hotel has everything you need, pool, gym , great breakfast and always a friendly talk
