Clean hotel , welcoming staff and good located. Very nice !

The only negative point is that the cleaning staff is very noisy, even at 6am in the morning …

Everything was good, clean rooms, friendly staff. Location is far from metro, but it’s not a problem :)

I liked the carpeted corridor and the ensuite shower. The bed was very comfortable and a decent size with quite a lot of storage space. The staff were pleasant. It was close to a bus stop. I liked the fact that it had 24-hour reception because I arrived very late. In the little courtyard there was a convenience store which was still open.

Although it is close to Beijing Zoo, it's NOT close to the Beijing Zoo subway, which is at the bottom of the park. However, there are buses nearby. There was a faint smell of cigarettes although it was supposed to be non-smoking room.

Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Staff was friendly

There was a smell of smoke in the hotel and the roads outside can get quite dark at night

I believe the staff did their best to keep the hotel clean and provide good service. The room was mostly clean. The floor in the bathroom wasn't very clean.

Wifi was slow, air conditioning didn't work, no window in the room. The hotel had a generally bad smell like old cigarettes. Given the time of the year, it was unbearable to have the air conditioning not functional. Otherwise it was fine, however a little expensive given the service compared to other hotels that I have visited in Beijing (and China)

Location is close to our destination, namely Beijing zoo. Rooms are small for two adult.

The staff doesn’t speak English. No breakfast.

Price. Location.

Room smelt of smoke. Nightmare checking in. No ventilation without AC pushing the smell of smoke around the room. No natural light.
