This is an exceptional hotel which offers guests beautiful facilities. The rooms are outstanding and among the most comfortable and stylish rooms you will find. Guest services are outstanding and the staff will quickly accommodate any requests and are keen to meet your needs. The ground floor buffet restuarant offers excellent service and great food options.

WIFI connection was via a website page which was not easy to navigate and didn't work for us. The in-house restuarants are world class but out of the price range of an average business traveller. Service in the lobby bar area was too slow or non-existant. The bar area closes late evening around 10~11pm.

The hotel was used a base for our sizeable delegation to China and the help for the concierge with arranging all the necessary logistics was simply perfect/first class, especially given the challenges of using western payment systems in China. The room was a great size and contained everything needed (and more) for a business trip with excellent desk and lighting. The food in the hotel is superb and caters to almost every need and taste.

This is an amazing property that works very hard to please their guests (as most Shangri La hotels do). I was here recently and Zoe from the hospitality staff was amazing. She learned it was my birthday and arranged a complimentary cake, inviting the friends I was traveling with, altogether a pleasant surprise

Seemed really friendly, fantastic staff. They made us feel welcome and were patient with our lack of language skills. We felt very welcome and made us enjoy our time in beijing. The service received was outstanding along with all amenities provided for.

Only thing is we came back to late for the good room service menu. Would have loved to see Chinese food on the late night menu. However the food we had was very enjoyable.

This is an exceptional hotel that is perfect for business visitors to Beijing. It has high standards of accommodation and offers many options for food and restuarants. It is a 5 star service.

The lobby bar is a non-event, you can sit there forever and never be served - if you actively chase service you may get yourself a drink but no one will follow that up. It's best to find somewhere else to meet people.

I think Chris Lam at concierge was a wonderful help. He was responsible, diligent, efficient and effective. I want to commend him for the help he extended to me in getting a taxi on 2 mornings. I appreciated it deeply.

Location is No good. Far from shopping areas, far from life ; far from other restaurants coffee shops, stores, services. Needs Taxi back and forth for any need.

Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The only issue is that sometime we have to wait until a table is available.

I found a laundry room in a hotel nearby which is very helpful for me. I went there to wash and dry my clothes several times. It is more guest friendly.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff who helped me by lending a HDMI cable. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great inner garden. Good swimming pool.

As hotel guest, we have to register a second time to access the pool. It's a waste of time.

Button floor numbers in the elevator are barely visible. Some staffers do not speak English.
