This is an amazing hotel with excellent staff. I liked everything in the hotel. The only problem that I had during my stay was the AC. Because the room was cold, then I asked the reception staff about turning it off, but he told me that they cannot it because it is central. On my last day I discovered how to turn it off by not turning off the lights from the button. There is a button next to the bed, if you switch it off then AC starts. Very strange technique that unfortunately the staff at the reception do not know it or at the least the person I asked does not know it. Any way except this, it is an excellent hotel. Also, with an excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Thank you all.

Clean and modern, nice big room, bathtub (great), quiet. They have room service robots and though I didn't make use of them it was a novel sensation seeing them trundling around the corridors or getting into the lifts. There was a desk and a reading light do if one had some desk work to do it would be a comfortable place to do it.

Location is not the most interesting, though it's handy for the AI park or the universities in Haidian. It is close to Yuanmingyuan and the Fragrant Hills, though, if that takes your fancy.

Excellent location, close to universities and famous places to visit in Beijing's "old city". Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are not brand new but comfortable and well maintained (no smell in my room).

All luxury rooms are faced toward the road, although there is one block's distance. Maybe the designer thought making the luxury rooms face south is a Chinese tradition (for master rooms). Might feel a bit noise in this set up if you are sensitive to it. They offer the option to switch to other room types at check-in.

The fixtures and fittings of the room are dated. But this has been compensated by the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. The attentiveness and courteous customer service was the highlight of the stay. There are some local restaurants within walking distance. Very close to a underground station.

Dated interior of the hotel room. As a foreigner visiting Beijing on a short trip, if you do not have a mainland mobile phone number, you will have to rely on the hotel staff to help you obtaining a code for wifi access, because your foreign mobile number will not work. If you have multiple devices, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, and a laptop, you'd need the hotel staff to help you with each device's access to wifi, which isn't very convenient, even when the hotel staff are rather obliging.

My experience at this hotel was amazing. The room was cleaned every day at the time we wanted, it was large enough for two people, the robot brought the food we ordered as soon as it arrived, and the location was great. Also, the service was great, and special thanks to Peter Ben, who was especially helpful for those who can't speak Chinese well.

It was perfect! It was easy to take a Didi or the subway to all the famous places. The stuff at the hotel was really helpful and kind. We got most of the help from Peter Ben who spook English. We had a big room wish included free afternoon tea on the 14th floor each day and it was delicious. The gym was also free and easy to use.

The hotel was extremely close to the station and nearby to some restaurants. Also, I could exchange money in the hotel easily.

The rooms have carpet and I had a really bad an strong allergy because of it. Besides that everything was good. I was a little surprised to the fact that the most of the staffs could not speak English well maybe there are no that many foreign tourists.

It is convenient. Closed to subway and lot of restaurants around. The buffet at the hotel is good. The front door staffs are super helpful in helping us to get transportation.

The only problem is the hotel shut off the main air conditioning without informing us. Our room was super hot even we had set to thermostat at 22 degree Celsius. We could not sleep the first night. We were informed on the next day when we complaint about the air conditioning is not working.

Well priced and well-located hotel. Staff speaks reasonable English, which is always useful when staying in Beijing. Many good food outlets and a Seven-Eleven nearby, including a small market for fruits and miscellaneous items.

The room was a little bit underlit after sunset, but otherwise fine.

Convenient location with a number of nice restaurants nearby. Hotel staffs are very polite and accommodating. We arrived early after a long flight, the check-in was efficient, and we even got our room earlier than usual check-in time, which is great! I would stay here again.
