The hotel can provide us connecting room since we are family with kids with two room booked, so it easier for us to monitor kids. The hotel also has laundry room inside the hotel which is perfect for family travelling, so we manage to wash our cloths every night (additional pay 40yuan for wash and dry). The breakfast also ok with complete selection (dimsum, rice, soup, bread, coffee machine, bacon, etc). The bathroom also provide soap, shampoo conditioner from brand Treseme which we love. The room also has very big TV (around 45inch or 50inch i guess) which very nice. The neighborhood was nice, with local minimarket where we can buy and try local snacks everyday, and also there is local nearby restaurant (around 100-200m) which we found very delicious for dinner.

The staff were always willing to help. Even though they didn’t speak English, they always had a translator at hand to answer any questions. Although the metro is about 15 minutes away, from there it’s easy to reach many tourist attractions, and there are other landmarks nearby. There are also shops and restaurants in the area. The buffet breakfast was quite complete, and both the rooms and the bathroom were spacious and well equipped.

Perhaps the breakfast area was a bit too small during busy times, but the extended hours helped make things easier. Overall, there is nothing negative to say — it's a place I would 100% recommend.

Good value hotel in a quiet area of Beijing. If you're not using the Didi ride sharing app, the closest subway station is Tianqiao, about a 600m flat walk. The room was a good size, breakfast spread was ample, comfy beds and a good selection of restaurants and shops at the end of Nanwei Road. Everyone spits and smokes in China. We had requested a non smoking room, which it was, but we could smell people had smoked in there, even though the housekeeping staff do their best, its hard to find a truly smoke-free room in China. That said, it was conveniently located for access to Beijing West & South railway stations and Daxing airport. We 'would' stay again and recommend it.

The location is great. There were several places to eat in 5 min walking distance, supermarket on the 1st floor of the hotel building, There were variety of dishes for breakfast, mainly Chinese cuisine. Some sights are in the walking distance (Temple of Heaven and the Gardens, Theatre etc)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room were clean. The bed was comfortable with a very good mattress. We appreciated the non-smoking room as requested. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gym and found the on-site laundry room to be extremely useful during our stay. The coffee shop on the first floor was a very convenient addition. The staff at the reception were always friendly and helpful.

a faint smoke smell in the hallway, the Wi-Fi was very weak, and the distance to the metro 15 minutes.

The location is convenient, close to the city center. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the dining area was exceptional.

Overall, the hotel falls short of the typical Holiday Inn standards. The lobby lacks a welcoming atmosphere, with cluttered boxes, luggage, and other items giving it the appearance of an unorganized post office or courier agency. The level of courtesy wasn't as expected. Items like fruits, toothbrushes, and toothpaste were handed to guests rather than being placed in the room. The surrounding area feels somewhat dark and uninviting.

First of all, I really liked their receptionist (sorry I forgot her name). She was very nice and accommodating with good English. At first, it was hard to book in Didi and she helped us start. Even when it was time for us to go, she talked to the taxi driver to bring us to the train station (even though it was cold outside). I also liked that hot coffee is available at the reception area. It was really cold during December and it's comforting to have a cup of hot coffee or tea upon arrival at the lobby. Please take note and dont confuse this to the other Holiday Inn hotel near the Temple of Heaven

The hotel is quite good. The bed is very comfortable. The facility serves a nice breakfast with multiple options. Metro line is about 12-14 min walk. With in 2-3 min walk, you can also find MacDonald and Burger King as well. The wifi was also good. Overall a nice place to stay.

The train station mentioned in the hotel description is Taoranting (30 min walk) but this is little far from an even closer station at Line 8, which is Tianqiao (12-14 min walk). May be the hotel can update this in their description.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us arrange after hours food order and delivery Helped arrange Didi ride. Extremely generous breakfast. So delicious. Over 60 varieties of bowls and pots of all kinds of cereal, noodles, rice, egg, yoghurt, beverage . Even provided popcorn for kids. So generous they let you take food away, with departure gift of cookies for the road. Amazing Beijing treat

The room thermostat was not adjustable for better comfort. The kind staff came up to make us feel more comfortable

I think the location of the hotel is great for reaching the main attractions of Beijing. The staff was nice, and their English was great, we hadn't any problem in communicating at all. The staff has been really helpful for some issues we had (not related to our stay) with Didi, and has been really supportive in helping me with this. I really appreciated that! The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options, I would say one of the best hotel breakfast I had so far. I would still recommend this place for the cost it has.

We were three people and the room was a bit small. Still, we managed to stay there for multiple nights and hadn't any issue at all. The room was not as clean as I expected, but still ok!
