The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and we initially had 2 consecutive bookings with different rooms for 2 days each, because we couldn't book the same room for 4 consecutive nights due to availability. The staff arranged the booking so we could have the same room for 4 nights and we didn't have to move. There was also no problem leaving our luggage behind temporarily, when we checked out. The room we had was quite spacious. It had a charming design and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also good. There is a metro station in a walking distance of about 5 to 8 minutes and the area was plenty quiet.

I love that the property’s location!!! It was a really close walk to the metro station. We didn’t need to use taxi at all when in the city, we just got around on the metro. You also don’t need a train card or anything. To get in you can just tap your Apple wallet or visa or whatever, no hassle at all. I also enjoyed it being only a short walk to the Temple of Heaven Park which was my favorite part of the trip! You get free water in the room and the room was pretty nice! Had everything we needed just for a 5 day trip, we didn’t need much except a place to sleep.

While the staff was pretty nice and spoke relatively good English, you only get one key card per room which was a little annoying. And the room was relatively clean and they came to clean it everyday, but the towels would have stains on it. I’d recommend bringing your own towels and shampoo bottles, but you don’t have to. Also, the WiFi was awful so we couldn’t use it, which means spending more money on cellular or eSIM. But if you get an eSIM, I use the app Airalo to buy my eSIMs when traveling, it was fine and the cellular worked.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We collected a wrong luggage. The staff helped to call the airport arrival department to find out the actual location that we could return the wrong one and collect back our own luggage. Without their effort, we would not be able to settle the issue within 2 hours time.

The staff was very helpful. English communication was not a problem. The front desk explained how to get to some attractions by subway. Saved me lots of money. Ordered a taxi to the airport. She even went outside with me and talked to the driver. I felt very well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to all travelers. The room was new and clean. There is an elevator. The shower was clean. Western toilet. They provide water, slippers, tea, towels, shampoo and so on. Good value for money.

Even though the level of English proficiency was different among staff we could communicate without issues. They were super polite, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, literally next to the Temple of Heaven and one of the main subway lines to the city centre

The aircon wasn't working but we solved that issue with the staff providing me a heater. And a very good one, too!

300m from Tianqiao subway station (Line 8), Very nice service, English speaking. Clean and comfortable. Rooms cleaned daily. Luggage storage and a fridge at the reception are available to guests. Quiet, safe area. Many grocery stores nearby. McDonalds nearby. Walking distance to Qianmen street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They booked online tickets for the Great Wall and the Forbidden City and provided transportation instructions. They also exchanged my Yen notes to smaller ones, which is helpful since most stores do not provide for a lot of cash anymore. They all spoke basic English. One of them spoke English very well. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. Subway station (Tianquiao) that connects you easily to the major attractions is two minutes away. Restaurants etc and a famous temple are in walking distance. I think the hotel provides good value for money if you compare it to the major hotel chains in Beijing.

The room and everything are great and what I expected for a decent hotel – roomy, clean, friendly staff, ect. What really standout is the location. It's at the very heart of the "Old Beijing." It's very close to many historical attractions, restaurants, and the authentic Beijing-only stuff. I grow up in Beijing and then migrated to the U.S. (Therefore you should give my grade of the location some credits.) I can't think of a better place to stay when I go back and visit.

Hotel is sanitized everyday and is safe due to security key. Bedroom is big with 3 double beds. Location is within 2ring road. Near tourist spots like Temple of Heaven, Natural History Museum. Staff very accomodating when we asked for 1 hours stay extention.

The address at Booking.com is street #19, but is actually #17 - which makes our two taxi drivers experience find it difficult to locate the address. Then every taxi booking was smooth.

The hotel was perfect for our week trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, like they really did help a lot with many questions that I've had in the first few days in the country. Very comfy and warm beds after some exhausting days in Beijing are included. Overall, I a mvery satisfied with my stay.
