Everything's so perfect. Staff is super professional and nice. The building and rooms are high-class. All the services are great - room service, restaurant, lounge, everything. You can see how well trained they are. I believe they have followed a high standard. I would say Marco Polo is a good example on each kind of services it offers. It'll be very hard for another hotel to beat Marco Polo, even world wide speaking.

Hotel location is walking distance to Anli Lu metro station for Line 15. There are quite a number of restaurants in short walk. A small but good working fridge was in the room. There is an ATM machine in the lobby. Good variety of food for breakfast including Starbucks capsules for coffee.

Toilet has a glass wall which is open to the room.

This is a large hotel relatively close to the olympic stadium. There is a tube station only 5 mins walk. The road is quite buys but I asked for the quiet room and got the room facing other side and it was nice and quiet. The reception staff and door people are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a nice swimming pool.

In the pool you are asked to leave it about 15mins ahead of closing time, which I found strange for 5* hotel. Also the wifi wouldnt allow you to check major western news websites nor give you access to popular in Europe emails websites. It is a shame that there is no western news channel on TV.

The location and the room is quite big

The bathtub design is so stupid, the water kept splashing out from the bathtub while filings up. And feedback to hotel staff, no one responded anything. Due to the lack of English speaking staff, I even helped a lot of foreigners with the questions and check in / out, without helping them, I can’t even speak to the staff to get my things done. I think they should pay me for the translation.

Convenient location (close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the Olympic Park), very good value (given the moderate price), comfortable room, good swimming pool and gym facilities, very good buffet breakfast, as well as buffet lunch/dinner, friendly staff…

It would be better if carpets, furniture, facilities get renovated, but the price may go up.

The language barrier could be a problem for non Chinese speakers since majority of the staff are not conversant with English.

The hotel is huge and looks quite elegant. My room was big and comfortable, I was extremely excited about having a big tub. The staff was professional. I absolutely love their breakfast buffet which was complimentary. Thanks a lot for that.

They charged me a room deposit even though I was still within a cancellation window, I do not understand this at all unless I was a no show. Not everyone seemed to know what will happen with my refund, so I am still waiting. Their shower heads could use an upgrade, I didn't enjoy my showers at all but loved how huge the bath tub is.

The staff is great and very helpful, special mention to Alice, who helped me a lot! The breakfast is great.

My toilet had no lights at all, i didn t bother myself to call the reception, since i could do everything because the room itself is bright, but they need to change the light bulbs. The dinner is not bad, but in my opinion the food is too oily.

The location was perfect that close to subway so i could go anywhere including airport. Staffs were so nice willing to help. One of them refused to get tip I tried to give. I also liked their concierge service they let me leave my luggage even after I checked out. Definitely stay there again if I go to Beijing.

very few people of the staff are talking in English. restaurant of the hotel is not taking international credit cards. Wifi doesn't work, but this is a China problem
