Good breakfast, with both Western and Chinese food. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front-desk staff speak English and were very helpful. There is a decent Japanese restaurant / lounge in the lobby, and two additional restaurants (one Chinese and one Italian) that I didn't visit.

The restroom in the lobby needs to be cleaned more frequently. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Employees were very helpful and cheerful. Especially those at the lobby. The whole hotel presented a luxury and comfort feeling but rooms rate were quite reasonable. Location is convenient with access to subway and taxi and parks and entertainment were within walking distance.

Breakfast could have some more choices and more reasonable price, comparing to same level hotels worldwide. Also the entertainment inside the hotel was not meeting my expectation, comparing to other hotels in Beijing.

Front desk staff are professional and able to manage my request for a receipt in English. Great location and friendly service overall. My room was upgraded to a suite with the view of the Bird Nest because the room type I booked was not available. It was an exceptional stay!

Cleanliness was amazing compared to other hotels I stayed before, but some watermarks or obvious fingerprints on shiny surface in the bathroom area, which was acceptable to me.

people were nice, rooms are clean, location was great, guys at the front door were extremely helpful and welcoming. services from close by shopping and food were fast and very cheap.

the breakfast was set up at a ridiculous price with limited selections, comparing to other hotels in Beijing. maybe it does save on food and friendly to environment and society but that is not the 1st priority for a hotel like this.

Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at: enormous, clean, spacious room and bathroom, bottled water available every day, amazing views over the former Olympic Village, and very friendly staff, plus perfectly located next to (connected even!) to the exhibition centre, where I was spending most of my days.

Not sure I can even think of any issues.

The hotel is nice and clean. It has a very good Gym.

The staff don't know English except 2 people and if they are not around the communication is just with google translate. The location is relatively near the University but far away from any other attractions.

Breakfast was very good. There was an ample variety to choose from and the food was tasty. The staff was very polite and eager to help.

The hotel is far removed from the main streets and landmarks. It took us an hour each way to get to and from the hotel, either by Didi or taxi. Although the room is spacious and comfortable, it is a bit dated.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spencer from concierge really made our trip with restaurant recommendations and bookings. She was very helpful to arrage taxi bookings as well.

Great breakfast and buffet dinner. Wonderful bathroom with beautiful marble and standup shower. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel.

Restaurant price is high and there is no option to have dinner nearby at walking distance. Location feels a bit isolated near the Olympic park.
