Hotel with many facilities, close to the bus station and especially to Beitucheng Subway Station, which is a 5-7 minute walk away. For those arriving by subway for the first time, exit F of this station, right on the boulevard and right where there is an alley with a barrier for cars and a fence with a special pedestrian crossing. Straight ahead, about 200 m, you will find the hotel under the name LeafIN. Next to it, a 7-Eleven store, a small Chinese food restaurant, as well as a tobacco shop and a liquor store. Spacious, clean room, with very comfortable beds, with a very generous bathroom and shower cabin. Very friendly staff, involved in helping when you need it. We would like to especially thank the restaurant staff, and also the reception staff who gave us a twin room with two beds that together made a bed larger than the one in the reserved double room, so that our little girl could sleep next to us, at no extra cost. Buffet breakfast, diverse (both European and Chinese food), tasty and plentiful. Free bottled water provided.

The big problem of the staff is the lack of knowledge of any international language besides Chinese, very difficult communication being possible only with the help of translators on the phones.

Cleanliness, modern, easily accessible by the Metro (subway) station nearby (about a 7 minute walk), 7-11 (24 hour) convenience store just outside, next to a park with Chinese sculptures, etc.. Gym faculty. Also there's a cute room delivery robot (kind of Star Wars' R2D2, which speaks Chinese), which was surprising and fun to see. The staff is helpful and cooperative.

None of the reception staff spoke English, but had translator devices or smartphone translation apps, so communication was slow, but not a problem. Chinese WiFi in the country does not allow international apps like Google apps, Whatsapp, etc., so international travelers need their own country's SIMs with roaming data in which normal apps and browsing are allowed.

we love the breakfast has many option, the room is big with view of park with snow during our visit, is easy to find from Beitucheng station exit, i love their washing machines, work amazing, it's need a local phone number to use the washing/dryer machines fee service, but thanks to the frontdesk staf willing to help us using their phone and we pay him by cash. 711 convinience store just next 30-40 metres away from hotel, Mcdonald is also walking distance. the downside is pretty hard to communicate with all the hotel staf, most of them can't speak english, but it's okay we have translator apps nowdays so its not a big proglem for us. But they change their hotel name to The Leaf Inn now.

The hotel has a good quality price ratio, the bed was small for us, but the manager upgraded our room which is nice, we appreciate it. The shower is the best feature, nicely designed, the water is powerful. A good breakfast is included in the price which is great! Good view upstairs. The only problem is that some windows need to be washed to appreciate the view. The location is convenient but a bit hidden

I love the halal options provided at lunch time. Superlove the location, which is a short walk from Beitucheng station via Line 10. It is also located nearby a halal restaurant, and an interesting walk to the Beijing Olympic Park. Easy access to the Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) via Line 10, stopping few stops from Beitucheng in Sanyuanqiao.

All is well.

- Agree with the other reviewers that the place is a bit difficult to find. But also it's very close to the China ethnic museum and a lot of great eateries - breakfast buffet was oh so good - The service staff was super friendly and efficient

Breakfast was great. Plenty of good food. The dining room was clean and dishes cleaned away quickly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. For example, ordering taxis can be difficult in China without a WeChat account so the receptionists would order the taxi for us. The room overlooked the small lake and gardens - great view. Great location as it was only 5 minute walk to the subway station.

The double bed was a bit small for our liking and the rooms are showing their age a bit.

Walking distance to train station, free use of washing machine and dryer, good choice of breakfast, internet provided, 7 eleven (convenient shop) is next door and the reception staff are very helpful.

Extremely clean hotel, which has everything you need such as a good shower, toiletries and the comfiest bed. Good value for money in my eyes and would recommend to stay here.

Staff do have limited English so communication can be tricky sometimes but are very helpful nonetheless.
