We visit Beijing often but in the past we stayed mainly in Chaoyang district. We chose the hotel because we wanted to visit the Great Wall and it's very easy to commute to the train station to go there and most of our plans were on the West. We had 2 rooms. We were very surprised with how clean and comfortable the rooms were.. The breakfast spread was good and the noodles and dumplings were really delicious by local taste standards. What's more satisfying are the various staff whom we approached for assistance...... they were fabulous in serving our needs..... guided us to use the local apps to order transport, book entertainment events, etc. The front desk staff were patient in listening and attending to our requests. I am a handicapped and had to use your coffee house for meeting a guest and your staff Ms Wang took great care of my needs and also ensured that I was seated safely conveniently to the food display for easy assistance. Thank you for making our Beijing stay so enjoyable.

First of all, I was really pleased with the note that I received from the housekeeping staff. It really made my family's day. It was well written note. It is much appreciated. Overall, the location of the hotel was great. It was just across the road from a row of shops where I could sample the local fares (which tasted delicious), bought snacks etc. It was also a walkable distance to the Deshengmen Bus Stop where my family and I boarded a public bus to the Great Wall.

Generally, the hotel is still fine but the age is showing at places. For example, the backboard of the bed in our room looked a bit worn out. A small patch of the wall in the daughter's room had some paint flaking off. The aircon in my daughters' room was warm even though they tried to fix it. It felt like the room was 24 degrees, a bit warm for me. I couldn't understand how to operate the TV as everything was written in mandarin. The technician tried to help me but was only partially successful.

Good hotel with excellent location, about 25 km km from the airport Shoudu, very close to the Zoo and the Lama Temple and Confucius Temple, there is a Starbucks, cafe nearby, early check-in which is very convenient. Very comfortable beds, pillows, excellent cleaning.

What I did not like is that most likely by mistake I booked a room without breakfast or there was an error on the site. The cost of breakfast separately is very expensive. For the price that I paid without breakfast, I see on the site with breakfast and on some days even with dinner. This is very offensive and unpleasant. So, I would be happy that for price I paid I had breakfasts, but when I paid for breakfasts this hotel was quite expensive.

The hotel is very new. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well-arranged for a business stay. The location is great and easy to reach from both airports. Good opportunities for taxis/e-hailing to pick-up/drop-off. Nice intercontinental breakfast. Restaurants and convenience stores in the area and walking distance to BNU.

Longer waits for coffee in the morning as the various coffee machines in the breakfast area are on and off or out of commissions. Coffee junkies may have to exercise their utmost patience :-) Most staff do not speak any English, so translation apps are still the way to go.

I would like to thank hotel staff as maid and restaurant staff. Also, the placement of the hotel is comfortable enough to get the bus 877 to the Great Wall and walk to the city centre. It’s located between two metro station in 15-20 minutes by walking.

I think there is poor breakfast. I had to eat the same all the time in the hotel. Also, there are some problems with sewage and ventilation. I could smell canalisation and cigarette smoke which got inside the room number 1408.

Throughout the entire week, we could only choose between the same two menus each evening, which quickly became repetitive and unappealing. Additionally, the subway station is farther from the hotel than we expected, which made getting around a bit less convenient.

Brought my family with me on a business trip to Beijing. Booked a twin double bed room which was perfect to fit the entire family in. Well done to the management for instilling such a friendly culture amongst their staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was superb and as expected with good selection for everyone. The location is convenient for business and leisure. There are also a good selection of food and convenience stores within walking distance.

Clean hotel. Maly family mostly travel by taxi/didi, so not being close to subway does not matter to us. The breakfast is good. The price including breakfast is considered cheap. The deal says breakfast included for our family of 4, but when we checked in, we were told that that breakfast was for 2 adults only. Child needed to pay half price, but when we said booking site did not indicate so, the check in counter gave us our child free breakfast . Overall pleasant stay.

This hotel was perfect for us! The room was clean, beds comfortable, shower perfect, personnel was very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was wonderful, same as a la carte! We liked hotel location as well. Will definitely come back again
