We stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 days — 8 days initially, and because of the excellent experience, we extended our stay for 2 more nights. The service was outstanding on every level. She went far beyond her role to make our trip smoother and more enjoyable. Lisa helped us arrange several bookings, including a wonderful trip to the Great Wall of China. She patiently answered all of our questions, gave helpful suggestions, and provided warm, professional assistance throughout. Her care and dedication made a real difference in our overall travel experience. Lisa and the team also kindly arranged a room upgrade for us, which added extra comfort and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated this generous gesture. The location is excellent with easy access to the Subway (two stations close by, 8-10 mins walk (AnliLu and Olympic Green).

Everything was great. The only thing negative was that the restaurant was closed for renovation, something that was not communicated during booking. The hotel made sure to offer lunch and dinner options in the breakfast area, but there area was open only till 10 pm and there was no room service options.

There was an issue on checkin where booking.com didn't communicate that I had already paid. This was resolved the next day

It was a pleasure for us to stay in celebrity international grand hotel. It offers much more service than we expected. And the staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially Cao Wenlong 曹文龙and Xu Jian徐践. Would definitely love to come back again, highly recommend!

Very few chairs in the lobby, even its big there is just few places to sit when waiting... this is just a hint for impovemnt but definetly not a "bad" comment.
