Best of the best. Best hotel ever stayed. If you get a free room upgrade. Make the most use out of it 😉😉😉Especially when the glass is transparent and you can have the view of the whole city.

Breakfast was very complete. Tea afternoon was not very good (the pastries). The location is very nice.
They charged me extra for a better view. I though I reserved a river view but it happens to be another better river view...

Good service. Well designed property.
Had lunch in Niccolo kitchen - ordered mushroom truffle pasta, had lobster shell in it , one of us was very allergic to seashells. Horrible experience.

Staff and service were exceptional , they all went over and beyond especially Jacky who arranged everything for us as required even when he was not onsite .
