The place is very near Kecun station of the Metro exit B, about 5 mins walk. You can spot it easily and they have a knight at the entrance. My room has a big ass TV or a projector rather. I love the interior. The color theme is black and white with Hermes-like items in the room. Right across the Kecun station is the Living Mall where you can grab a bite to eat. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast has lots of selection. The robot preparing the noodle dish was really cool. They also have robots roaming around giving it a touch of modernity.

The thick carpet in the hallway makes it really hard to move the luggage. There is a damp smell coming out of the air condition when you turn it on and it doesn't go away. You just get immune to it lol. Maybe a bit of cleaning will do the trick.

Centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, and metro was a short walk. Canton Fair is a couple of stops by Metro. All the facilities I needed were there, bed was very comfortable, clean, staff were very polite. Fitout/decorated really nice. Buffet Breakfast was really nice.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow but I was pretty busy doing other things so it might have been my fault. It's not the only Arthur Tower in Guangzhou, Taxi took us to the wrong place one time (the other Arthur Tower is 10 minutes away).

All the staff are the most precious part in the hotel to make me happy , Specially KEKE and KYRIE they are really very cooperative , supportive , friendly , nice and energetic . they just make my life so much easier in Canton. Cleanness is very good , Laundry room awesome, Sky garden amazing , Room space is perfect , Tea time lovely. Also special thanks for the housekeeping.

GYM room so small I couldn't do any of my workouts , They need to enhance the breakfast variety for Muslim people , I would suggest to keep the main door automatically closed to prevent the insects getting in the hotel .

Comfortable and convenient stay. The staff will communicate the address of the property in Chinese (which can be given to your driver/taxi/navigation map) the day before to ensure you arrive at the correct location as I believe there is another Arthur Hotel branch. Once we arrived the staff were super efficient to check us in and there was a staff member who could communicate to us in English. We arrived at 12pm and were lucky to be allowed to check-in early as the room was ready. The hotel provided many free amenities as well as free drinks and complimentary welcome fruit delivery by their concierge robot. The free laundry facilities are located on floor 8 with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers each with quick wash (15min) and quick dry (45min) function options. There was also an iron and ironing board. This was well appreciated by our group as the laundry room was extremely clean and even provided free detergent. The buffet breakfast had an appreciable extensive range of Asian and Western options and beverages. The hotel allowed for us to store our luggage after check-out and I believe this will also be available prior to check-in. Overall, would stay again if in the area!

Unfortunately there was a strange odour in our hotel room but it disappeared after the room card was activated which allowed for the air conditioning to turn on. Not a major issue as it becomes unnoticeable after a while.

The Executive room was almost like a suite for a very reasonable price. Great bathroom, nice tub, floor to ceiling windows, really nice shower. King bed very comfortable and a huge projection screen. Breakfast was simple but had everything you would want, very good quality. Location within a few 100 meters of subway station Kecum. It made getting around very simple.

Communication was a bit difficult due to language but staff worked hard to make sure we were able to communicate as much as we could. Not knowing Chinese is my liability, not that of the hotel.

I absolutely loved the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff, even though I am English-speaking. They made great recommendations for spas, coffee shops and pools nearby all through our translation apps. The lovely reception staff even gifted me a beautiful case of mooncakes for my birthday and mid autumn celebrations. I also enjoyed the location and proximity to the mall and metro. The room itself was modern, clean and unique with everything and more you could possibly need for a lovely trip to Guangzhou Canton area.

The cleaners may come in to clean without asking first or while you are at breakfast. Delays with robots delivering your food may occur.

Went for the Deluxe room as wanted a bit more space. Room was well decorated, had a projector / screen for movies or music. Hotel provides slippers, toiletries, bath robe, tea / coffee, hairdryer. Cleaner made up our room everyday. Free laundry room on site is convenient and there is a rooftop if you want to chill outside in the evening.

Wifi did not work for our entire stay. The hotel location on the Booking.com map is wrong!! We got lost trying to find the hotel. It is only a 2min walk from Kucen metro station (exit B and turn left twice). I didn’t like the breakfast buffet… there was traditional Chinese dishes and pastries / breads but would be helpful to have the ingredients / allergens listed in English.

Comfortable hotel for accommodation during the Canton fair, free shuttle - very convenient and thoughtful. Location next to the metro station, within walking distance to the Canton Tower - a great opportunity for a walk. Wonderful varied breakfasts, fresh fruit in the room every day, comfortable wide beds Responsive staff, there is always an English-speaking employee at the reception, even if there was none, you can communicate via an electronic translator.
