I stayed here for 4 Nights during Canton Fair, As i have had check about the locstion to canton fair, it was quite near as i reached in 10-12 mins from cab from my hotel to Area B. Hotel staff was wonderful to assist to book me cabs and order food through we chat from my behalf. You have Mcd , Starbucks , Haytea and ofcourse 7/11 opened for 24 hrs just 1 min walk. Also there is a spa outside the hotel A-1 Business centre after my tiring day from Canton fair We took Foot Spa which was very relaxing and the staff is very welcoming there. As we checked out on the last day we forgot to take out our cash from the safe locker from our room bcoz we were in a lot of hurry to catch a train to shantou. We forgot the money and reached shantou and same night we recieved a call from the hotel that we have left our cash in Room safe locker. We were very tensed as it could have ruined our trip but they inform police and acknowledge about that which was very professional from them. So we got relaxed as the police assured us that you will get cash when you return to guangzhou next. We come to guangzhou after 3 days and reached the hotel and showed our ids and we got out cash back. Our whole trip in china was pleasing as people were really helpful even if they dint know english i used translate with them to communicate. This is our overall experience with the hotel Breakfast :- Very Good Rooms :- Very Clean They provide smoking rooms with little window opening so that you dint suffocate Ammenities :- They dont have as it is more like business hotel Location:- by Walking you can get access to everything of basic needs If you are coming here for business or work. Highly recommended to stay if you have work around this aread

Should keep restaurant and in room dining service as only giving breakfast is not suitable for everyone. If one comes out after work he needs food after shower

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were excellent. There were friendly reminders for the Canton fair shuttle bus, The front desk manager, Miss Jiang, was especially helpful, going out of her way to assist me when I needed to send a package.

There were lots of small bugs flying around on ground floor, especially in the lobby area. Seems like mosquitoes.

The staff were very helpful, Kai is one of the staff and he did his best to show the hospitality of the hotel..

The location was not in the same level of a highly valued hotel. Once you step in the hotel, you feel a big difference in the quality.

People who works in Paco Hotel are alwas smiling and trying their best to help you. Good location which close to many local restaurants, easy to travel by didi

The hotel is new - everything there looks fresh. The room is not very big but spacious and has everything you need and more. Breakfast is very good. Free self-service laundry. Staff is very helpful (thanks Kerry). Hotel is close to Pazhou Complex (Canton Fair). Many thanks to Paco Hotel for organizing a very convenient everyday transfer to and from Canton fair (with complimentary snacks and water)

Wi-fi is weak (common problem in China).

Everything from the cleanliness to the happy to help professionalism of Paco Hotel employees. This place deserves 100 stars if I could give them that.

The Hotel is new and very clean. Lots of towels available. Staff was very kind and helpful always.

I didn't like the location. The beauty of the hotel and the surrounding environment doesn't match as they are right next to a very dirty building. When in the 2nd floor rooms you can see the dirt from their neighbors etc. Pictures online don't show surroundings which gave us a surprise when we arrived

The hotel is in a nice location. Close to canton tower and fabric market. The rooms are very modern, a bit small though. But the best part of the hotel is personalised service. Special thanks to Ms X , she was very very helpful and understanding. She speaks good English and tried best to help us. We will definitely stay here again. Even the breakfast staff is very nice and supportive. Overall a very good hotel

Atmosphere., staffs are very co operative, Everyday they helped us to book the taxis.

all the day almost same menu breakfast . Difficult for Vegetarians. And English communication skills of the staffs needs to be improved.
