Decent hotel with good breakfast and excellent staff always willing to help in spite of the language challenges, particular mention to Becky an intern who went out of her way to help me whenever I needed help and Yang Jinfu the cleaner on the 4th floor. . Overall experience was okay

2 things that let this hotel down, it would be welcome if they can offer in hotel dining facilities for evening meals, secondly location the hotel is surrounded by cottage textile factories which can be heard throughout the night

This was a great stay! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, and you sleep well. Reception is warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out are quick. The location is also convenient, with many restaurants and attractions nearby. The hotel is currently upgraded some rooms, the room is much better than before the environment, the Canton Fair can choose here, very convenient, next time will choose here!

Very good location of hotel, in center of very lively area of Haizhu, all shops, restaurant are around. The hotel is very modern, new and clean. The best breakfast I have ever had was in this hotel. I stayed 19 nights and found staff very polite and helpful, especially Milan at the reception desk. Extraordinary service and very spacious, nice rooms make me to recommend this hotel to everyone.

They offered me a free upgrade and it was great, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were perfect, the breakfast was basic but with options, very good, the best thing was the coffee machine.

The hotel is in a textile industrial area, it is not the best neighborhood, it is a little noisy at night, if you are a light sleeper it is better to use earplugs.

Location is not bad as its in the city. There are bus stops just right outside the street. For metro, you need to walk a bit. Otherwise, taxi is convenient from you. If you like to walk and explore, you can walk to the Canton Tower. Breakfast is decent . Hotel rooms are really clean. The receptionist offers options of smoking room or non-smoking room.

The rooms are very neat and value for money, but the location is a very busy neighbourhood. So it depends on what one wants

Mosquitoes in the reception and the dinning area can be upgraded a bit. The breakfast is too monotonous and cold most times

Friendly and helpful staff, room is clean enough with free non achol drinks, shuttle bus to Canton fair during show days.

Breakfast area is too small especially when it was full house during Canton fair. No business centre however, the hotel allowed us to use breakfast area as meeting room.

For the price cant ask for better service, the should change the Breakfast menu a bit will help I think, but overall TUMBS UP 🙂

Really goos value for money. The transport to and from canton fair was organized very well. Staff is friendly! Breakfast varied every day and there is a lot to choose from

In BF not much choice for vegetarian people as lot of Indian stayed during that period. Canton fair. During that period almost they double charged which we booked through booking.com as I extended my stay for 2 days more directly with hotel. 3rd they did not provide return on last day of fair which is not good.
