Staff was nice and helpful, even with language barrier. Very good value for money if you are there for a few days.

The staff were pretty accomodating. We arrived at the hotel at 2pm but our room was not ready, they upgraded our room to a garden room (bathroom and lounge on the lower floor with the bedroom on the second floor. It isn't the best hotel, but it was great for the amount we paid. Our toilet was blocked and the staff got onto it immediately. We were offered 2 bottles of water on the days we didnt require housekeeping. Staff were very nice and pleasant. Location was very close to where we needed to go. Bus stop just out the door and a short distance walk to the subway. There are quite a few nice coffee places close by if you look carefully. The market is right next door so very convenient to get snacks, although it can be a tad noisy, but its relatively sheltered from the hustle and bustle when you're in the room.

There is a lack of attention to detail with the cleanliness of the room. We did have to ask the front desk to tell the cleaner not to clean our room when we had the do not disturb sign up. They were very good with taking this feedback on and it didnt happen again.

Unfortunately the list of what I didn't like is longer than what I did. To start the shower looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months, the fridge in the room was useless. It was honestly colder outside the fridge than in the fridge. This was the case even after I had it replaced. The toilet was underpowered too. In fact I needed to flush it 3 or 4 times before it was effective which waisted a lot of water. The room does not have mosquito netting on the windows and therefore the windows need to stay closed more often than not. This means the room smells stale which is unpleasant. This room completely average. You get what you pay for. Would I stay there again. Perhaps if I had no other options.

Very central location, garden concept definitely a cool idea. Staff very helpful and friendly!

Lots of mosquitos in the garden area, even during winter. Better to stay in the main building. Rooms not very soundproof, bathrooms looked rather old.
