The location is good and the nearest metro station is just 10 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety for all travelers. Free Shuttle Bus to Canton Fair complex was accessible easily from both ends (pick and drop) and most importantly, everything was as per their shuttle bus schedule. There will be no problem for travelers who do not know Chinese well as their reception desk knows moderate English and they were helpful.

Terrible wi-fi connection

The hotel is located in a quiet district, away from the loud and busy street. Checking in and out is fast and easy. The room is spacious and clean with separate toilet cubicles for WC and shower. A full height window, I stayed at 15th floor, allows a remote view of the Canton Tower. The restaurant serving breakfast is spacious with enough seat, food varieties is delicious and with both Chinese and Western cusine. Appreciate the nice gesture of providing a cake which I presume is for my partner's birthday which happened to be the 2nd day of the stay.

The hotel is a bit far, 15-20 min walk from the nearest metro station but taxi and the Didi hail riding app are alternatives. The toilet amenities is a bit basic and would appreciate if disposable shower cap, cotton buds, etc. are also provided.

The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant offers a great variety of both Western and Chinese options. The location of the hotel is very convenient: 10-15 min away from subway station by walk and 3-5 min by car, 30 min away from the airport and 40 min away from the city center. The metro line also connects airport and city center. The room was comfortable and clean. I particularly enjoyed dining at the Chinese restaurant on-site.

Minor issues with bathroom facilities

The property had an amazing buffet breakfast, would recommend for anyone who wants to eat at the hotel. It’s only 78RMB and very good for money. They also had comfortable beds, pool, sauna and gym. It was very close to the shops which had nail salon, massage and other food places. Easy to get a taxi and only 20-25 minutes to the CBD.

The laundry service which you had to pay for each item. We washed our clothes in the sink as they have a clothesline in the shower.

Ambience and Location

Swift check-in. Attentive house keeping service. Fine cuisine in 3rd floor restaurant. Friendly and English speaking staff. Spacious quiet room and non-smoking floor as requested. Membership late check out.

Guests smoke in restaurant toilet and along corridor. Non smoking rule not strictly observed. Breakfast buffet does not have chicken or beef.

Everything was good. Staff is always smiling, taking care of your smallest needs, courteous.

I won't say I didn't liked but would say they got confused with the breakfast that I asked them to pack but it seems they packed breakfast for a vegetarian Chinese, which I am not and so I didn't took the breakfast they packed for me. That was the only point I would like to mention here.

The cleanliness was top . And the staff was very Friendly, Patience and full of smile on their Face. Especially Michael Zheng and Tiffany Ke from Front Desk was over 100% service provide to me. With their warm welcoming gesture, I will definitely recommend to any of my friends and families. Andy from F/B department was good too. Cannot ask for more. Keep it up guys. Excellent Jobs.

Didn't stay long enough there. But will do next time when visit.

Very clean very well equipped room. View is very good, location is good for my purposes, close to airport, Baiyun Shan park, and some shopping mall, may not suits all tourists.

Basin is a bit far away from the tap and shallow too, may spilt water out when use. Not sure how to turn the heat off after shower. Other facilities are excellent.
