Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff — and especially Amy. From the moment we arrived, Amy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference during our stay. She helped us with local recommendations, assisted with special requests, and was always available with a warm smile. The rest of the hotel staff were also very friendly and supportive, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to Amy and the whole team for making our experience memorable. We look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful big room. Lots of space and patricians that separate the bathroom from the room. All drinks were free which was an added bonus and topped up daily. The buffet breakfast was amazing with both Asian and Western choices. I would definitely stay here again as it catered for my needs. The staff were great and would use a translator app to communicate. The guy that stands outside was very friendly and staff very welcoming. The laundry was free but there are only 2 machines available. It's a small room so you would have to leave your laundry and come back otherwise you could be like me and sit on the carpet in the hallway. The lobby is a great place to relax. The hotel is very modern. There is a robot on site, but I never used it. Very close to restaurants and food outlets if you get hungry. We had a late check out and paid a fee to check out at 4.pm

It's a bit dark when you enter. A brighter inside, especially on arrival makes all the difference. The building is hidden in a little corner. Parking is a nightmare as the car park is shared. We had to wheel our bags from the side of the road where taxi dropped us off as the parting arm was down and taxi driver couldn't get through. Nothing I really didn't but it pays to do your research about the area and nearby shops.

The best part of this hotel is the girls at the reception. Always smiling and very helpful.

The shower and toilet doors are not the doors. I’d say they are more like glass partitions, that are set not at fool length, so in the upper part of them is a big hole. That’s not very comfortable if you live with someone in the room. The breakfast menu was changing a bit from day to day, however for the European citizens (as I think) the food is too greasy. It would be wonderful to have more fresh vegetables and cold cuts. Metro station is quite far away from the hotel.

hotel is clean and nice, the buffet is big and tasty. good coffee mschine stuff tries to help you if they can like with the smoke smell in the room free washing machine service with programmable functions. it would have been better to know it in advance :)

the real killer to me as a non smoker, is that in many rooms without the window, you smell smoke. sometimes the smoke comes from the AC filters, maybe they should be cleaned. they use a machine to try to remove the smoke, but it doesn't work properly. I had to ask to change room and got one with a window, that worked better and actually didn't have smoke smell. They should focus on catching impolite customers, or you miss on a perfect rating. the cleaning ladies can easily smell the smoke in the rooms and even on the floor while cleaning The buffet sometimes is cold, it should be heated more after some time has passed and is not refilled promptly when it's almost finished (and cold).

Amy from reception was an absolute gem to work with 💎 . She was communicate, prompt to solve problems and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for my next visit to Guangzhou 👌. On another note.. you get 2 meals a day which is breakfast and an Afternoon tea (talk about value for money). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, great food and reliable location to accessible transportation routes.

The room is big and clean and modern. The staff is also friendly. Foods are delicious. I like this hotel. I stayed here 3 days ago, and like it, so, I came back here again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff are very nice, helpful and polite. Always attending to clients needs.

The only thing I had exception with was the type of air freshener they use for the hotel corridors and in the case of the rooms, I can only speak of the room I stayed in 616. Maybe that’s what obtains in China but it was strange to me. So I didn’t like it. That’s the only thing they need to change in my opinion otherwise every other thing is ok.

Our week-long stay at the hotel was exceptional; the staff consistently provided outstanding service, readily assisting with all requests, from transportation to dining arrangements. Amy deserves special recognition for her exceptional dedication and willingness to go above and beyond.

the cordiality and the very good disposition of the reception. We also liked the breakfast and the design and comfort of the lobby. The attention to detail of cotar with coffee and free water.

The room was very nice and practical. We asked for a non-smoking room but in the toilet area the smell of cigarettes was very very strong, almost unbearable and at all times. Very poor ventilation. surely the ventilation is connected to other rooms that are for smokers

Amazing hotel. What a find. The best thing about the Paco Hotel was the Manager LILY. She went out of her way to order me food from outside the hotel for quick delivery, ordered taxis and spoke very good English. Above all else I loved LILY'S positive attitude and her beaming smile. I will deffinately return again and can highly reccomend The Paco Hotel.
