The service is excellent. During my last visit, I gave the comments that the breakfast-room service can improve. Now after one month, when I re-visit, I certainly see the great improvement. Staff are experienced and are very caring. The staff at the concierge and luggage transfer department are also super friendly and helpful. They helped me many times with heavy luggages and deliveries with friendly smile. When they helped me set all the luggages in the taxi, they even told the taxi driver which gate they should park in the airport for my airline. For the receptionist, this time, I run into another small problem. The room I first checked in only has one sofa (for a twin bed room) and the sitting place was not sufficient because my I was travelling with my Dad. They immediately found a nice solution for me, efficient and helpful. During the midnight, I asked for some cleaning service due to my kid. And the cleaning department came to attend the matter immediately. The location is great. Please do visit the IGC tower right next to the hotle. You can find everything you need for restaurnts, deserts, and of course shops and entertainment. You can see the landmark Guantzhou tower right in front of the hotel (if not within your room). Even though great location next door to a big shopping centre, but visiting famous busy entertaining areas still need to ride subway rails to places, It's a 5 stars hotels but NO disposable shavers provided, even though there's more than average variety foods for breakfasts, but there's no WOW yummy factor about them, after 2 days, i got bored, but that's my personal taste.

Locaton is great. The hotel has very nice city and river view. Very new and fancy high end hotel, very spacious, very clean with confatable beds. Toilet is in a seperate room with a sink, which is super nice. The toilet is morden with nice features. The cleaning lady named Nancy was very kind to accomandate with our schedules. She does a great job. Most of the staff are kind and helpful. The boys work in front of the door outside are very nice and highly motivated to help for geeting a taxi and give directions.

The concierge is short of people for raining days since many guests want to borrow umbrella to get out, although there is an umbrella located inside the room. The process of borrowing an umbella is kind of slow. Wish front desk people can willingly assist. The breakfas and the dinning were too expensive. I asked a front desk lady for neayby dimsum restaurant, but she shake her head saying she does not know. She did not ask others for help. Wish all the front desk people could be more familiar with the surroundings.

Hotel location is great. We booked a room with tower view. View is fantastic. Cleaness is also up to standard. Beds are comforatble. As for the staff and service, the receptionist, the conciege and all the staff except for the breakfast room. However, the breakfast is great! So I can accept some minor discomfort from the staff. The breakfast has lots of choices and very delicous. The soup and the noodle soup and the dim sum are must try! Swimming pool is big and quiet and do bring a swimming cap if you want to swim. In general. We are very happy with Conard GZ. The booking office cancelled my booking 30 minutes before my arrival due to some miscommunication with booking. The receptionist was there trying to help. She was patient and tried to offer solutions.

Great view, great location, great facilities! The staff are exceptionally nice - they upgraded my booking with complimentary breakfast for two knowing my Gold Hilton membership. We forgot our pills at the room and they contacted me via both email and phone call to offer to mail them to me - which arrived swiftly the next day.

Hotel is in a very good position, around are a lot of restaurants. Big and nice rooms, modern unusual design - everithing electric drived. On the 6’th floor is a very beautifilul SPA and swimmingpool. Are also 2 jacuzzis outside on the teras. The view from the jacuzzy is amasing. Room service bringed good food. Nice terase bar on the 6’th floor with a big offer of vines. For the Canton Fair the hotel organised the transportation for guests with buses. Everithing was done perfect! Nice people, very helpful!

I booked king size room. We recceved a room with view blocked by a curtain wall. Second day we moved in an other room - off cours we had to pay additional. But the new room was perfect! In the morning the restaurant is full - is not easy to find place to stay.

A good location is attached with great shopping mall, another shopping mall just crossing the front road of the hotel, walking distant with ancient buildings oeprate as shop and restaurant. Room is modern type, very clean and silent. Very nice view to the Guangzhou Tower and the river. Breakfast is good but not superb. Staff is helpful.

1. Although there are a lot of choices for breakfast, yet the food is not up to the international standards for such a hotel. 2. There are 2 options for internet: a very bad connection but free, and the good connection but you have to pay for it !!

I got upgraded to the corner room on executive floor, so I have nothing to complain about that. The bar/restaurant street right in front of the hotel is totally awesome. I am surprise the hotel didn't make it a selling point. I would stay again because of this street. The gym was very well equipped. Speedy checkin checkout.

The bar is disappointing. Very small, very little choice of drinks. The room service menu is near to nothing and the hotel still won't deliver food orders to the room.

Room is big and clean, good location, nice view of Canton tower and next to igc mall. Overall the staffs are helpful except the check in/out counter.
