Everything about Ascott Pazhou Guangzhou exceeded expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and elegantly designed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the city and convenient access to the Canton Fair and other major attractions. The facilities, from the gym to the lounge, were top-tier and consistently well-maintained. Housekeeping was efficient and respectful of our schedule, and the in-room washer/dryer was a huge bonus for a 10-night stay.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, we would have appreciated a few more Western breakfast options, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise flawless experience.

Locations:The hotel facilities are relatively new. It is located next to Guangzhou Liede Bridge. It is close to Guangzhou Tower, Canton Fair Complex, and Zhujiang New Town Igc Plaza. The serviced apartment provides kitchens, tableware, brand kitchenware, refrigerators and washing machines. It is especially suitable for short-term or long-term stays and provides convenience during travel. Thanks to the front desk Leo, Susan, Kevin, and Gloria for assisting with check-in. Special thanks to Leo help me patiently to sorted out the problem we have with others stay elsewhere . Very grateful .

The hotel is clean. When I didn’t like the first room I was given, they upgraded me to a better one. Also, the staff is very helpful, even late at night, if any issue arises.

The address provided before the reservation is completely inaccurate. After booking, a different location is revealed. The room with the river view shown in the photos is never available because they always claim that only rooms facing the back, overlooking a dump, are left. Check-out takes way too long, and I had to wait for an extended period.

Good Staff, especially Amy who was exceptionally present for all our needs. She went above & beyond to accomodate us during our stay. Our overall experience would not have been any better without her, truly a gem in Ascott. We also applaud the hotel for offering shuttle services during the Canton Fair which was a great add on service and convinient for our stay. The breakfast was also great and dynamic for everyone.

Cleanliness can be improved as we witnessed that the cleaning was not very thorough especially under the beds were dusts seemed to accumulate for days on without getting cleaned.

The Hotel is new, you can tell. Room was big and with all you need to stay there with comfort. Position is also great, very close to the Pearl River and 30 minutes on foot to reach the exhibition center. If you look for a great place to eat, Party Pier is only 10 mins walking distance.

Breakfast was fair enough, it'd be great if the selection was more various.

It was clean and close to the Canton Fair. The rooms were well appointed and came with everything you need when you are away from home. The staff were friendly.

There restaurant didn't serve liquor and you couldn't buy liquor from the bar. It was also difficult to charge meals back to your room.

The breakfast is acceptable, my family like the stay, it is very comfortable. The room can view Canton Tower. This is surprised us. The staff service is very good. They will try to help us whenever we need. Thank you to let us have a wonderful stay.

Dim sum not nice. Location far from shopping area. If have shuttle bus to shopping area that will be very good.
