Proximity to Airport with shuttle bus pickup. Downside is the number to call for pickup is generally manned by Chinese speaking staff so very hard to get the message.

Heavy traffic noise all day and night. Very limited food or shopping around with pretty much nothing to do, unless you take taxi or hop on the shuttle bus to the airport to hop onto metro.

Very modern hotel, Quality rooms value for money, Breakfast was good

The only thing that was disappointing the room information most was in Chinese writing, But in saying that an enjoyable stay

This is my 5th time staying at the hotel its been consistent i know what to expect staff has gotten better at English

I know renovations happen but it would have been good to be put on the opposite side of building where there's less noise & more signals on the bus wouldn't hurt so we can spot it easily at airport

The staff member in the evening was helpful when we couldn’t use our credit card to purchase dinner at KFC. He helped by ordering KFC for us as there wasn’t any food available at the hotel. Hotel was clean.

No food for dinner. This wasn’t clear on the website. The breakfast was terrible, we didn’t eat it. Most of the staff weren’t very friendly. Only one man helped us, the others didn’t bother and turned away, ignoring us. The only place to get food was KFC and they didn’t accept our credit card. Will never stay again

I don't know what to tell you about this place. Because the hotel wouldn't let me stay.

I booked this hotel from Booking.com, but the hotel said it had not received a confirmation of booking. And there's no room for me. At the same time, other guests came in. The hotel informed me that there was a room available for them. At 11:00 p.m. I would have to find another place to stay immediately with difficulty.
