it is convenience ,clean. the front desk staff and bellman are nice ,warm. they welcome you and willing to give you more informations as shuttles. they suggest me for the next day flight shuttle detail. I love the pillows in the bed, they have some pillows style option for the customer they need. plus, there's a nonsmoking room for me. there have two restaurants located inside the hotel. We tried one that was a set dinner.It's taste good .also the TomYumGong soup was authentic.

The mattress felt a bit old, or it needs to be turned more often. We found it uncomfortable, as it made us feel uneven.this is not means don't like it ,just suggest to consider to maintain or update. There have not convenient outlets for using.

I only stayed for overnight's transit from Tokyo to London on Sunday 7 July and booked this hotel for convenience. Their customer service is at the top level. Even before my arrival they replied to my questions straight away. Airport shuttle bus service is efficient. I slept well on one of the most comfortable beds. I have been to many hotels but never seen such an interesting bed setting to make sure you are comfortable sitting up on your bed to watch a TV. One gigantic pillow for your bag and one long tube pillow to rest your foot. Shower was powerful and you can pull down the blind if you don't need to enjoy the view through the clear glass wall of the bathroom. I had to deduct 1 star due to the terrible WiFi connection. I couldn't use emails nor internet. I ended up buying a 24-hour mobile data pass from EE. Still, I will definitely recommend this hotel and return on my next trip.

Poor free hotel WiFi connection

The location was brilliant and the shuttle was very easy to use, frequent service and easy to locate at the terminal. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We stayed here for transit flight purposes twice. The breakfast buffet was varied. The room service was fast and a wide selection. The bar downstairs was friendly and offered a good selection of food and drinks. Also the cafe with starbucks coffee and ice cream counter was a hit for the kids and us. The stay and food was all fairly reasonable. We used the pool twice which was clean and enjoyable.

Highly recommend booking this hotel as their guest service is so good and it is the perfect hotel for a restful layover at the airport. The beds are so soft and the suite is perfect for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids. A big shout out to guest experience manager Wang Yang. We always stay at this property as we travel from Guangzhou to Southeast Asia and Wang Yang always takes care of us with such personalized service. He arranges the shuttle bus for us (at Gate 46 of Floor 3 of T2 Departures), upgrades our room, and is attentive to every need. We have been coming to this hotel for 5 years now and he is always there to serve us - even at the middle of the night. Wang Yang has been the difference between a good, normal stay and one that often gets perks and surprises. Thank you sir

Pullman and its neighbourgh Novotel are the two hotels that are closest to the terminals. T1 is within 3 minutes walk, but for T2 one needs to take either a hotel shuttle bus (runs from T2 every 30 min) or a free T1-T2 shuttle bus and then walk from T1. The bus driver helped with the luggage, which was nice. The hotel itself is large, modern and well equipped. The only serious issue to report was the problem with heating. If it were not for the heating, the hotel would get 9 our of 10.

The heating plainly did not work. We have put it on maximum heat, and the temperatue in the room was still around 20C. The fancoil was at maximum power, but it was pumping chill air and not warm air. It was too late at night to investigate the cause of the problem or to move rooms.

The reception staff very kindly, without request by myself, upgraded me by 2 tiers so that I had a King Deluxe suite which included bedroom, bathroom and reception room. This was particularly valuable and appreciated by me, because I had been provided with an airline transit hotel, however, the expectation was that I keep my door unlocked so that another traveller could occupy my room?! (China Southern). To have the Pullman, whom I booked in with independently, not only restore sensibility and order, but also make me feel special and valued, was in stark contrast to my experience via the airline.

Nothing (other than remembering that English is not a first language in China (I would be intimidated at the thought of trying to learn Mandarin / Cantonese) complex questions are not easily responded to with precision / full comprehension).

One concern I had during my stay was the heat in the room. The air conditioning was insufficient due to direct sunlight, and the windows lacked proper insulation to block the heat. I hope this can be addressed for a better experience in the future.

Pre-covid I stayed at this hotel regularly. It was nice to be back and see that it is still nice place. The staff are generally kind & helpful, hotel has a pretty good location & the shuttle bus is convenient.

When there was only terminal 1 this hotel had an extremely convenient location. With the opening of terminal 2 & soon also terminal 3 you have to take the shuttle bus. This was well organised, but less convenient after a long tiring day. None of the restaurant staff behind the bar/near the coffee machines spoke English and were not very eager to help.

The staff were amazing, they were really helpful. The pool was excellent. This location is amazing for a brief respite from the airport. Food from the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. We had a 13 hr layover at the airport, during the day. Starting at 8am. We were able to check in early and use all the facilities during the day. We checked out before staying the night but my children and I all had a nap on the beds and a swim in the pool. It was well worth the money.
