Breakfast could be better

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is new and looks amazing. Room was spacious and the park view was just lovely, we were on the 6th floor. Our room was very modern and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, had options for locals and also for us- porridge, eggs different ways, fruit, sandwich material, pastries etc. Staff was friendly. Loved the gym and pool(PS! Take a swimming cap with you, they won't let You swim without it and it costs 19€ to buy from the spa). Around the hotel also nice area- a big green park and local fruit sellers etc. Metro station was 5 minute walk(Bayun Park, Line 2). City center is 30 minutes away with metro.

Maybe a bit too cold in the elevators.. AC was blasting but in the elevators it was too much.

It is a new hotel with nice and modern interior design. The rooms are spacious enough with comfortable beds and sufficient amenities. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was a wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet (both Chinese and Western style). The hotel is located close to the metro station (5 minutes walking distance).

The area in which the hotel is located is still under development, so there are almost no shops and restaurants in the closest vicinity. During our stay we did not encounter a single person from the staff that would speak English, so all of the communication needed to be in Chinese (might be a problem for overseas visitors).

The hotel is very new and very nice. Facilities are very comfortable and the staffs are amazing. Even though, some had little difficulties in speaking English, they still try their very best to assist on any matters. Service wise it was one of the best hotel I have visited so far. People traveling for business (especially for Canton Fair) I would recommend this hotel.

Overall all the services were excellent. The location is a bit remote to the local area and shopping centers. Other than that everything was excellent

Very calm environment. Surrounding area was very nice and green. Location is not walkable distance to shops but you can be anywhere in 15 to 20 minutes DIDI ride. It’s group of hotels who are connected with each other and make beautiful views for clients

Shops and restaurants are not walkable distance . Breakfast menu was same every day.

I arrived at 0100am and I had just travelled 18 hours to get to Guangzhou. I was exhausted. I arrived and they said my room was taken. I was so tired the night manager upgraded me to a suite. I had the biggest room and it was lovely. The view the location and atmosphere was just amazing.

Location a little far out but that was fine I loved the energy out there.

It was new hotel and well equipped with new stuff . Stuff were helpful , Specially Cynthia Chen who was manager really great and helpful , She was really helpful and welcoming She deserves 5 Starts , overall it was great experience

It was little out of city centre but with 15 mins walking you could walk to metro .

It was very clean and modern. Our room was large and had a small kitchenette with stove and microwave. The hotel gym was really big with a lot or equipment. Best hotel gym I’ve used.

There was not much do dislike. The staff don’t speak much English or any other language but Mandarin so come prepared with your translator on your phone .

The staff was extremely helpful all round. The facilities are clean and well looked after. Their breakfast has a variety of dishes to choose from.

They don't serve dinner at Element but the partners on the same block do serve breakfast.
