Sound proof perhaps, I can still listen the other room using washroom, flushing water. Secondly, the breakfast should be improve as the taste is not good for the price of 198 in China. Suggest they can extend the closing time of the breakfast to 1100 instead of 1000.

Excellent, good ambience and quiet location. Rooms spacious enough and VPN available👌. Great breakfast and the buffet dinner too.

Dining area too cold, making dining not very enjoyable for us given that we come from the tropics.

I had a great stay at Four Points hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The amenities were well thought out, covering everything I needed and more, while the facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. Also they provided shuttle buses to canton fair. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay!

Overall, the hotel was good, but there were a couple of drawbacks. First, there were no restaurants nearby, so I was limited to dining at the hotel’s own restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. With a bit more variety and more dining choices nearby, the experience would have been even better.

It was clean, all facilities were working well, the staff were friendly and very attentive. I must appreciate Yannis Yu a concierge at the front desk. That guy is a man any tourist should come across. From giving directions to the best places to visit, to helping me navigate when I got lost in the city. Yannis is the man!!!!

Nothing

It was above everything else I have seen in the last 10 years.

I know this is common in China, that the property cuts money from the credit card as a deposit, affecting cash flow on my part who has no choice but to use a pre-paid visa / master due to the country of abode (Laos.) I had to use my personal card to cover for 3 other colleagues of mine. If they could find an alternative way of securing their AR, that would make it easier for travellers.

Breakfast was good, nice place to walk around. Good view from the window.

pricing for one person can be improved.

Language barrier

The best stay that I had! It was comfortable and they upgraded me to a large room (thank you so much!) I forgot the lady's name who was at the front desk she was really one of the best service staff there! There was another staff who helped me booked my cab and I was really thankful. The hotel staff really made me feel at home. I also loved their gym and facilities. Although sadly I didn't get to try their restaurants as it was under renovation. It is really near a train station as well but it's generally quite far from the city centre.. but if you take a cab it should only cost you about 10 bucks to the city! Thank you! Will definitely come back soon!
