Everything: 1. Hot tea + free water at the counter 2. Good English (receptionist) 3. Clean, beautiful room full of amenities, the best since my Hong Kong and Shenzhen trip 4. Great breakfast, much better than the hotel in Shenzhen. 5. Affordable price I stayed at 5 hotels during my trip to Hong Kong - Shenzhen - Guangzhou (include the expensive Disneyland Resort), but this hotel compelled me to leave a review thanks to all of the above. The Disneyland resort is of course similar (if not better), but the price was like 5 times more expensive compared to this.

Hello, I stayed 5 nights in a non-smoking room, accurate hotel descriptions, friendly staff and available. Comfortable and clean room with free bottled water, a big study desk and a mini bar , convenient location to metro line, the breakfast buffet was good, open from 7am to 10am.

Poor lighting with dark mirror in bathroom, some guests took long time to eat breakfast buffet so had to wait for the table. Difficult to find quality food shops nearby.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was clean and easily accessible. It was great value for money, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the linen spotless, and the towels cleaned daily. I wouldn’t say it was a luxury hotel, but it was certainly functional and comfortable, which was perfect for a busy business trip.

The breakfast could have been a little more fresh, such as some more local fruit and cold milk.

Th breakfast was good and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was also nice and friendly. I also like the towels are fresh and clean everyday.

what I did not like was the toilet and shower was separated, if only you could put a bidet in the toilet instead of the telephone would much be better. I also don't like that i can sometimes smell cigarette smoke in the room.

Very nice and clean hotel, well equipped even with free laundry self service on the top floor. Bed mattress is wonderful, drinking water supply is excellent. Staffs are wonderful. Close to metro.

The drop off at the hotel should not be blocked so we can get on/off the car/taxi easier. We have to get on and off by the front street and there's often too many traffic.

Beautiful room, we have been travelling for 6 months and it was the nicest by far. Great super. Comfy bed. They let us checkout 2 hours late free of charge.

The only downside was the coffee machine didn’t work either day and nothing was done to fix it. Hard to find affordable coffee in Guangzhou so this was disappointing and annoying!! Also, smoking rooms on the same floor as the breakfast restaurant - smells so bad.

The location is excellent, just 2-3 minutes walk from nearest metro station Tianpingjia. The breakfast was good. The receptionists were cooperative inspite of their limited efficiency in English.

Although breakfast was ok. But some variation would be done. Every floor seemed to be smoking zone!

Well everything was fine it just little away from downtown and usually get into traffic to co e hotel or to travel so where.

Hotel doesn't accept USD cash as payment method which make us travel extra miles to search for travel agent to change usd into yuan. BANK also doesn't change money so it was hectic.

The front desk staff were very helpful even with the language barrier. Comfortable spacious roomsrooms. Gives you value for money

Breakfast options were good… with mix of western and Chinese options. Staff was very helpful.

There was nothing that we didn’t like just the first night the pillow cases were not clean but we informed the staff and they changed it instantly.
