Hotel is excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, excellent amenities, and breakfast is great value for money. Staff are friendly. Hotel is walking distance to Shahe metro station. Line 6 takes you straight to Beijing Road, and short distance by metro to Canton Tower.

The location is poor. Nothing to eat or see. The locations only saving grace is it is nearby a metro station, easily accessible to the main attractions. The staff speak little English, which is fine, but to help communication, there should be something in English and other languages explaining FAQs. For example, directions to the metro.

Breakfast very good location ok

When I return from canton fair I want to shower put on the TV and probably watch TV for an hour or so having taught this is an American brand hotel without a single English channel I will not go back there if the hotel wants to attract international English customers where is BBC CNN or even there own CGTV that has English station based on just this I will not go back

Very comfortable and modern building, staff were helpful and most spoke English. They gave us directions on how to get to the subway station and where to shop and eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good amenities. Really appreciate having a floor for self-serve laundry.

Location was a bit inaccessible - needed to take a taxi to the subway station.

Everything was perfect and so clean and the beds so comfortable , rooms very clean and the toilet with all the amenities you need . All in all was very nice hotel and I really recommend you . The restaurant in the lobby had a wonderful food and so nice .

They need more English speakers in the reception and restaurant. That’s all .

My stay in Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there. Especially thanks to Mr Lee who was the reception he was very helpful. If i come, i will stay again. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, close proximity, helping staff and amenities. The facilities within the room are designed very thoughtfully, for example the universal charging ports, toiletries, couch etc...

Nice, clean, well decorated hotel. Buffet is very good quality. Staffs are very friendly. Have a supermarket close by.

There is no decent eating place around hotel. We have to take taxi to reach a regular restaurant. Just a bit inconvenient.

The non smoking rooms really don't smell like someone smoked in there. The breakfast had good spread.

I think the receptionist can be better at explaining the security deposit and all.
