The rooms are spacious, well appointed and ideal for both business and pleasure visitors. The hotel is in a great location with many parks, gardens, restaurants etc in close proximity. It is close to Metro and easy access to and from Baiyun airport. The daily tariff is relatively low including breakfast, the rooms are effectively 4 star rating but without the price. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful and while extensive spoken English is lacking they use translators so there is no barrier to communication.

Very little to dislike but lack of an in-house restaurant is possibly the only criticism but not a serious disadvantage

Every Individual team member from bottom floor reception to top floor dining are amazing . Loved the girl May on reception who eventually bought food for me everyday and even went to pharmacy while I was sick . Room attendance team member was amazing. And no wonder the restaurant team members were excellent. What a wonderful place to stay. It's a 10 star 🌟 hotel

I stayed in a Deluxe king room. It was effectively a 5 star quality room, large space around 35 sq. m with a spacious bathroom, work desk and lounge chair with small coffee table. The room had a nice view from the large wall window. Breakfast is available and while typically Chinese cuisine the food served caters for all tastes. The hotel location was good with a beautiful park directly opposite that has amazing children’s amusement facilities and an attached public swimming pool. Located on a relatively quiet road but within walking distance to local area shops, restaurants with about an 600 m walk to the nearest Metro station. The Guangzhou Zoo is a 10 minute walk away and we’ll worth a visit.

The lack of a hotel restaurant is somewhat an inconvenience, however there are numerous restaurants close by so it was not really a major problem.

Their service delivery was very good. Courteous staff, from front desk to housekeepers. Daily, they provided free bottled water for drinking for all guests, as many as you can drink. The breakfast was fantastic, no item ran out, they had enough to go round.

Good location for our purpose, close to wholesale markets. by taxi it needs 8-10 minutes ride and max 2-3$. Paid 400$ for 9 nights

Breakfast is not good enough need to be improved. Staff do not speak English or Russian but it is common in China so you will need translation apps.

I liked the lobby decor, the room was nice too. In addition, there was no inconvenience that i can remember of at all.

The breakfast was pretty underwhelming. But it got the job down. In addition the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, which was a bit different than other hotel room layouts. The bathroom sink was outside the hotel room

The staff was awesome. Everyone in the reception desk especially the manager and Lily the translating girl

The AC was full of leftover dust and it smelled bad. Couldn't turn it on even after the filter cleaning

The area is not bad, it’s close to areas of interest. The breakfast was excellent

It’s not a dislike but something that could be improved, communication of staff with clients in terms of language.

The staff is very supportive , I would like to mention that Xavier from the reception had helped me during my entire stay (for booking cabs , be it Chinese -English translation etc) . The hotel is clean and had a good neighborhood.
