located just several minutes from subway station, the staff was nice, the luggage storage is free of charge, okay overall

asked for a 100 yuan deposit, (returned it, but still, didn't tell that in advance), the room carpet was not clean, the shower is not convenient to use, one of the sockets did not work, the room had a kettle but didn't have any tea or coffee (what's the point of the electric kettle then?), no toilet paper in the room, the lightning was dull

The Staff, The Atmosphere, The Surroundings, The Room - everything was very nice to me !! Being a foreigner in China, the language barrier is the most problematic factor, however due to the lovely and most supportive behavior of the staff there, my journey to and from there was really noteworthy to describe !! And finally the boss lady of the hostel, Amy, was super cool and friendly to me who helped a lot, I really meant A LOT. The lady assisted me in every possible way, i. e. the most beautiful places to visit during short time there, the mode of the transportation that might be helpful, when and how long some places will be worth visiting, everything she assisted me with was really undescribable ! I'm really too grateful to her for her kindness and assistance throughout my stay over there in Harbin. In a nutshell for her, my visit to Harbin was really just as magical as the Harbin is really is 🤍🤍🩵🩵💙💙

Nice comfy room . Decor not so up to date but nice and warm for harbin. Good ensuite bathroom.

Staff not speaking English but helpful with their phones .

It was a relaxed environment with free laundry. Although I reserved/paid for a bed in large room, but was given my own room for the same price. It is in an excellent location. Not a place to spend a lot of time, but a fine landing place. You get what you pay for in the accommodation and are in the center of the city which makes transportation convenient.

The room was not well-kept. The carpet was dirty, the air conditioner was leaking and paint was peeling off of the walls. There was no chair for the desk and the lighting was dim. While the front desk staff were willing to help, they did not treat my passport with proper respect/carefulness. They were confused about the deposit versus the actual payment. Besides the bar, there was little space to relax/sit down outside of your room.

Really not great for 1 day it's ok if necessary but no more I only stayed here because everything else was sold out during the ice festival The hostel looks nice on the first look but if you look closer it's actually not so great There is no kitchen Staff communication only by translator( no English ) Bathrooms are not clean and need a deep clean there's also no toilet paper you need to bring your own Carpets are old and stained Rooms get no fresh air no window when there 6 people in the room and you enter the room the sticky air just hits you right in the face The mattress was hard as a rock

The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. Location is close to subway and shops/restaurants.

It was very dirty. The furniture was partially broken and there are some sharp corners, where we regularly hurt ourselves. The first bunch of towels was dirty. It was not at all a cozy place. The room was quite dark as it was in the basement. It smelt of smoke, though we were shown other rooms that were even smellier.

The location was good and the shower hot. The staff was friendly.

It was very dirty and the double bedroom without a window I booked in the first place smelt mouldy and of smoke. I asked for a different room and we got another one with twin beds. It was less smelly but those beds weren't proper and pretty hard. The room was really dirty and so were the towels. I wouldn't wish to stay there again.
