The quality of the food was consistently good, making breakfast a highlight of the stay. My hotel room balcony provided a stunning, breathtaking view of Sanya beach. The sunset was especially mesmerizing, casting beautiful hues across the horizon. The hotel room that I booked was very spacious and big! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall just a 5-7 minute walk away. Here, you can easily pick up daily necessities at the supermarket and enjoy a range of restaurants, including both Chinese options like Hot Pot and BBQ, as well as Western choices like KFC and Pizza Hut. For more excitement, a 10-12 minute taxi ride via DiDi takes you to the vibrant night market, a must-visit during your stay. In the evenings, a leisurely stroll along Sanya beach reveals locals engaging in dance classes such as High Energy Dance or C-pop Dace. For a more relaxed vibe, the hotel's rooftop bar offers the perfect spot to unwind with a cold beer while admiring the night view of the beach. I highly recommend trying the coconut wheat beer—it was delicious, though of course, individual tastes may differ! Overall, my experience at the hotel was fantastic. With its beautiful views, convenient location, and lively atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to unwind and immerse yourself in the local culture.

The restaurant is slightly warm, and it can feel a bit hot at times. Adding 1 to 3 fans could improve the comfort level by keeping guests cooler. However, despite the temperature, the ambiance and food quality are excellent. The service is also attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. Location really excellent. Close with hotel many local streets too. You can enjoy local Chinese food. Beach direct next to hotel. Taxi services without waiting time. View from room excellent. Breakfast food and organization excellent too.

By first room entry strong humidity and bad air smell. Next days much better. Night club - many small dancing children without parents control.

Great location by the seaside, rooms were very clean and luxurious for the price. Cleaning can be requested to be done daily. Comfortable bed and spacious rooms, clean toilets and an overall great stay.

Some rooms that my family members were given had a strong mouldy smell in it, but you can request for an air purifier from the front desk and they will bring it up to you. Air conditioning was also not adjustable in my room

We were treated very well as soon as we stepped in to the hotel. Welcome drink and a very pleasant and efficient check in. We were very impressed with the receptionist as well as the concierge who explained in detail on all our questions. We will be back for sure next year Really love this hotel!😍

Communication mainly via translation apps, spa information would be easier if in English. Buffet is mainly Chinese choices, very limited healthy or vegetarian options.

Family room was very good. Breakfast was OK. Swimming pool was available and children enjoyed it a lot. Hotel personnel was very supportive.

Air conditioning in the gym wasn’t sufficient. When you’re working on bicycle or trial run it’s too hot and you’re sweating like a hell. Equipment for exercises is poor. Nothing much for back and legs.

Communication gap with staff. They have charged my room but the booking has not been done properly. I was in a great challenge to explain and correct it. But they helped that they can and understand.

The location is amazing. Its a short ride to any of the tourist destinations. Room and facilities are a bit old but it is still very clean. If you are lucky you might catch some fireworks right by the balcony!
