Beautiful surroundings, the hotel is spacious, airy, cozy at the same time. The hotel provides, 100% of what one could wish for when staying by the sea :D Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Spacious rooms with a wonderful view, great programs for children and adults, a beautiful and clean beach, enough pools for evening relaxation. Great room service and everything connected with accommodation and relaxation, everyone smiles and willingness :)

Of course, don't expect that at the reception or in restaurants, there you can see at first glance that you are bothering them.

The people at the Sheraton were friendly and eager to help, we loved the pools and the ocean front view. although the hotel is older and some of the facilities especially the rooms need and upgrade, it was still very clean and we had and amazing time here.

We feel that the restaurant prices and way overpriced, especially for the quality that you’re getting. ¥88 for a cocktail by the pool that came in a plastic cup and tasted okay. Lots of the food are way overpriced and almost all guest end up ordering drinks and food from outside. If the hotel focuses more on delivering good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices they would have more costumers and make more money.

This hotel was starring I think 10-15 years ago. since then it lost some facilities like hydro massage in pools etc. but it is still very high class hotel in beautiful corner of Yalong bay with large and comfortable beach. The hotel has very large and well managed garden and large beautiful territory in general. Our guest relation manager Mr. Akim was very pleasant and useful all days of our stay so that we could manage all our issues. Breakfast is wide choice, fast and tasty including both chinese and european cuisine.

Everything was good. Good breakfast, a wide variety to choose from. The pools are clean and nice to swim in. The beach is good too, and I would suggest making the beach more flat so that you can see the people swimming in the sea. It is a little too steep and hard to climb out, especially for older people or people with disabilities.

The steep beach and the fact that you cannot see the people swimming in the sea was not good.

Impressive Thai style architecture and gardens located right at the beach. Many outdoor pools with a heated one. Very friendly and helpful staff, with a dedicated butler. Fresh breakfast with many different options in a central open air location under the lobby. They also offer a dinner buffet on a seaside garden at additional costs.

The room infrastructures are a little outdated, but doesn’t impact the experience

The staff at the Sheraton were fabulous. From the front desk reception, to the bar and restaurant to check-out the people were kind, understanding and helpful. Dick Yi - food and beverages manager was spectacular. I had a problem with something, I emailed the hotel, they put me in touch with Dick and he was on to solving the problem in minutes. It was really great. He followed up to make sure we were getting everything we needed. Penny, the contact from the hotel, was great as well. And I had an issue on the check out because I had used wechat to pay but wanted to use my American credit card and Annie, the contact, figured it out and refunded the RMB for the deposit back to my Chinese bank account and put it on my credit card. Problem solved. I have live din Beijing for seven years and this was, by far, the best experience of any hotel I have stayed at throughout China. The beach access was great and the pools and the choices you have about which one to lounge around at was sublime. The drinks were luscious, the activities for children every day a bonus, the Chinese restaurant food is a delight. The breakfast -- it's out of control good -- I am not sure if there is anything they didn't have. Our room was quiet and very comfortable -- great shower and tub. I am not sure what else to say -- if you are going to Yalong Bay go here. You will be very happy.

They play the music very loud and the bass can't handle it so you get feedback. I asked them to turn it down so you can hear the sound instead of thinking you have mistakenly walked in to a rave. I am not sure why they play the music so loud but it could be an issue to look at in order to provide music that can be listened to for enjoyment.

the location and the hospitality. The staff were very friendly. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Sheraton Yalongbay. It was our fourth stay at that Hotel and every time we leave with a good satisfaction. The location is great, the staff are very friendly and professional.

The Hotel lobby bar food has to be reviewed, beside that nothing to complain about.

Hotel connected with a beach which was clean. very nice swimming pools, one of them was heated, this is great for less sunny days. Beautiful gardens and surrounding, well maintained. Staff is a good asset of this hotel, always tried best. Especially big thanks to Yoyo and excellent service during breakfast. afternoon some animations for kids.

Sometimes there was a bit difficult to communicate in English. there shall be some ‘Wechat’ or call to someone from staff that could help to foreign guests.

Almost everything. It was our first time to stay at Sheraton Hotel and we didn't expected it to be so perfect. Amazing territory, nice food, always clean, wonderful beach, nice facilities and entertainment. The best place to enjoy nature, sun and sea.
