The location looks far from the sea, but actually it is an advantage - there’s no music around, it is very quiet. Walking to the sea takes around 8 minutes. Rooms are big, tidy and equipped with TV with a thousand classical movies, majority of them are in English. There’s no territory with aquaparks and other fun, only a pool at the backyard, but it is usually not crowded and excellent for chilling with kids. Crib is provided for free.

Breakfast could be better, but what to expect from the beach hotel on a tropical island. It is good enough, focused mostly on Chinese food. Room service food also not quite tasty. The cleaning personnel does not clean perfectly, half of the days they did not wash the floor.

Open plan ocean view suites have stunning views and can comfortably accommodate for 3 adults. Free mini bar and bottled water filled up everyday. Doorman staff was attentive

Location is a bit off (about 2km) from the Yalong Bay main shopping strip. Poor hotel management, front desk staff knows little English. I booked a room for 3 adults which includes breakfast. I was only given 2 vouchers per day. The hotel insisted my room did not include breakfast and the vouchers were only given to me because I am an IHG member, despite I showed them my booking detail. Very frustrating experience!

The hotel is located about 5-7 min walk from the beach. Breakfast is served 7 to 11 am with variety of dishes, most of which are Chinese cuisine, though you can always get something conventional, eggs, rice, mils, cereal etc. Personnel is friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms are spacious and nice, very comfortable. front dest is helpful, though if you speak some chinese it always helps to get what you need.

There are two buildings and some rooms are overlooking a pond some are overlooking the sea but the balconies are covered with unremovable iron bars, sort of shadow blinds, however it is almost completely hide the view.

The room is fresh and big enough for a family with two kids. The sea view from the room is fantastic. The staff are friendly and eager to help at anytime. The breakfast is definitely worthy the money. Many choices and yammy. A lot of different entertainments for the kids in the hotel area.

It has a very nice view of the lake, beach and mountains. Breakfast was very good and had a wide variety of options. Room facilities exceeded expectations and was very nice and spacious. Free shuttle services to and from the beach are provided and free self-laundry services were also available. The pool had an amazing view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. They also spoke English.

Although a kitchen and stove was provided in the room, it would have been nice if a pan was provided as we were unable to use the stove for this reason. There was also no microwave. The location is very close to Yalong beach but one hour away from the airport.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I booked a room with a lake view but I got a view of the lake and the ocean and the bay behind the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. There are a lot of watersports, so there's often a bit of noise in the background. The hotel pool is ok for swimming. For children there is a bigger pool at the hotel next door. I want to thank the housekeeping staff. They must have noticed that I prefer the coconut drink to the beer in the minibar and started giving me more coconut drinks. That was very thoughtful.

If I have to criticize one thing it's that the AC is quite noisy even on the lowest setting. I had to turn it of at night because I couldn't sleep. Fortunately it didn't get too hot in the room.

I have travelled to many countries and cities around the world and this is the hotel I have been most satisfied with so far. The hotel staff is so helpful and professional that they offer you every facility for your comfort. Especially Kevin, Peter and Lukas are really qualified. Our room was terrific, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed it very much, it was a very peaceful stay.

We liked our stay so much! The location is great: close to the beach and 15 mins walk from the food street, which is actually good, cause we liked the quiet area around the hotel. We had a room with a lake and sea view, which was amazing for watching sunsets every evening! The breakfast was great too: a great variety of different dishes. All the personnel were so pleasant! Especially I’d like to thank Hal, who helped us a lot during our stay with taxis, room service etc! Thank you! Was a pleasure!

Good price/quality value considering you may use almost all facilities of Hualuxe hotel near by. It was one of the best hotel for kids that I have been so far. Great beach in ~5 mins walking from the hotel with free beach toys for kids.

The rooms are very humid, despite permanent work of dehumidifier. So there is a specific smell, even from pillows and blankets. Not enough sun beds for everyone.
