The villa is perfect for a family of four with a large pool and large rooms. It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good though I missed my scrambled eggs.

It is very dated and not well maintained. You can see it is not in its glory days. The welcome and lobby are very underwhelming for a 5 star resort. The shared pool was partly under maintenance which was a shame and some of the younger staff were rude. Looking on their phone while driving the shuttle. The bar closes at 21:00 and has no atmosphere. In general there is no entertainment and the music is a 2 minute jingle that keeps repeating.

Absolutely gorgeous place, the village, gardens and walking roads are truly stunning. Comfortable location near the beach. We would also like to thank Cissy; she is a very caring, kind and professional worker with a great English skills (which is rare)! All the staff in general is friendly and nice, we felt like at home with them. Breakfasts are delicious, we ate near pleasant pound with waterlilies and fishes 🐟 Environment is stylish, authentic and photogenic, it feels like being in a new season of White Lotus series.

Unfortunately, the villas themselves need some renovation, especially for the safety reasons. The tropical climate supposed to have a lot of insects, like huge cockroaches and ants. Workers do their best to protect the place from them, but facilities are already have many holes everywhere:( The sleep was a bit nervous because of that.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and there is a small supermarket down the road. The staff were helpful and conscientious of the fact we had our baby with us, so they kept the cleaning times to when our baby was awake which was greatly appreciated. Check in and check out was efficient. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had a wide variety and the food was good quality. When we asked to change rooms we were moved promptly.

The floor tiles in our initial room were cracked and had grime in the cracks which was a worry with our small baby crawling on the floor. The furnishings of our new room were a bit dated; sliding doors jam and squeak, wood varnish was chipped and peeling but these were minor issues.

We selected Yalong Bay because we wanted a break to chill rather than site see. The Pullman resort is quite self-contained and we booked a villa that comes with a pool, jacuzzi, and an outhouse of sorts for recreation and dining. Breakfast was included and it's an impressive spread of mostly local dishes, which were rotated on a daily basis. The staff are also very helpful despite the sometimes language barrier (being able to speak Mandarin is ideal). There is a free electric buggy that id on call 24 hours to ferry guests anywhere within the resort. Traveling out of the resorts is also easy via the Didi app and proces are very reasonable (on average SGD 2 - 5 per trip for an average distance of 8km). There is also a night market about 200m walk from the resort. Yalong beach is also a 200m walk.

The lounge at the main building closes quite early. It was supposed to close at 9pm but most cocktails we tried ordering when we got there after dinner about 8pm were not available. The lounge is a noce place to chill in the evening though.

quite good, beautiful spacious rooms and wonderful staff for the most part. hard working cleaning ladies. one row of rooms were unfortunately situated right by the ac unit that supplied the entire building. and the noise can be heard all day and night as if a generator was running outside your room. they were kind enough to switch me out on request, and to a larger family room when no other rooms were available. the staff tries their best to speak english, though not very fluent.

management can be better on the few workers who just clearly has had it in their lives and don't want to work. they come off as dismissive and disrespectful. fortunately it's well staffed so easy to avoid, just find someone else. there was construction going on around the lobby for the last week of my stay. quite loud.

This is a very nice, but a bit outdated property. The room facing the swimming pool was really nice, we enjoyed it. 5 min from beach

Bathroom didn’t work (has problems with plugging), stuff doesn’t speak English which is really strange for a five star resort, bar closes early, rooms are outdated, very small closet for 2 people

Actually I was totally satisfied with everything we had in the hotel. I am the experienced traveller and visited a plenty hotels in different countries however in this this hotel had the most professional and friendly staff that I ever had. We had some questions and they all were always and fully answered. You do really feel yourself like your re at home. Especially I would like to mention Karen and Andry as they always try to help us, to give the advice and to solve all questions. We have a baby boy 2 years old and for us to have the comfort and safe stay is quite important, without any doubt we will return back to this hotel. The hotel also has quite good breakfast in the restaurant and as well you may buy the dinner there, it is definitely worth doing.

Great value villa with a private pool. Overall, the room is a bit dated and has seen slightly better days with a few instances of general wear and tear. However, for the price and value, it still presents as a great option.

The breakfast was excellent containing various choices both Chinese and Western—a comfortable environment to eat and with a nice staff. The bed was comfortable. Eco-friendly bottled shampoo and body lotion.

During our stay, the pool was not warm enough to swim. The hot jacuzzi was not even close to warm.

The villa comes with a small private pool with good privacy. It's well-designed, spacious and well-facilitated. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The environment and amenities are pleasant inside the whole resort. The breakfast and afternoon tea are good. The nearby restaurants and shopping areas are within walking distance.

The facilities are a bit old. The resort needs more maintainance. The Yalong Bay beach is a bit far away from the resort.
