They had a free shuttle from the airport and the driver was very nice and gave exact details in where to meet him.

I could not make use of the swimming pool, and was told it was closed due to the epidemic, although the swimming pool at the resort next to the apartment building where I lived at, that seems to be part of the resort, was open and in full use.

Service is on a top level. And view is just perfect

A bit problematic with the supermarket. Always need to walk around 7 minutes to there and go back.

Big room with a great view from the balcony! We loved the bathtub by the balcony as well! The pool is great and they have those batery cars to take and pick you up from the main gate. Also offered transfer to the airport! Had a great stay!

Everything is pretty nice , however it does not look like a regular hotel. The same buildings have many hotels and also some flats are owned by individuals. Overall, the views from the hotel is nice and the room facilities are also good. It’s also convenient to travel around.

I did not stay in the room with a garden that I paid for. Because they said the garden rooms had roaches. There was a construction noise everyday from 8 am till 6 pm from a Marina nearby. No lighting in the terrace. Hot tub water wasn't hot enough.

The place is very nice, really chilled. They have a shuttle bus service that takes you around the area. The rooms were fairly clean. I liked the bathtub on the balcony. They allowed us to checkout late as well.

The shower could be cleaner and the bathroom sink was in the kitchenette.

Location of hotel was good with spectacular views over the harbour. Building is interesting shape and very distinctive.

Rooms are old. There were tears to the curtains, holes to the vanity, door lock had been replaced a few times, so door needed repair and repainting - although the lock was functional. The room safe was open - couldn't be closed. Floor was dangerously slippery near the shower. Worse - the pool in the complex was permanently closed. The excuse one day was that it had been too hot... and another day because it had rained. Lots of excuses - but basically the pool was shut, who knows the real reason. It was possible to use another pool if you took the bus to another hotel. And finally, worse, much worse. Twice before arriving, hotel emailed me to say I need to get a COVID test to be able to stay in Sanya. Just wrong - not required. If I had followed their advice I would have wasted my money.
