the rooms and the views, I love how the staff greeted me every time we passed. Also the food in the Mediteraneo restaurant was great. I enjoyed eating there the quality of food was good. Everything we needed was right there. I didn't want to leave.

If there were more English speaking staff that would be great. I often would call the receptionist and have issues communicating. Also the massage deal was only in Mandarin and Russian there was no English. There was also an issue with the shower overflowing. I asked the staff to send someone up he fixed and he did but they left the water on the floor and did not clean in when I came back.

Hard to communicate with all staff members due to language barrier. Issues could have been anticipated, preventing us from needing to ask for help

around 35 mins ride from airport. 5mins ride to shopping center where u can get a variety of food choice and souvenir. Restaurants within hotels are all good. Buffet dinner was good deal with live music by the sea but only happen on friday and saturday. Another restaurant named Meditarranean was good too. Without leaving the hotel, you will be able to try all famous local food in high quality. Beach was right outside hotel. If you snorkel, you see treasure everywhere. If you don't, you still enjoy marine creatures by the shore. Rooms were nice. Spacious and clean. Waiter named Alan/Alex was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was perfect with huge variety of food. No other hotels can provide better breakfast than this hotel.

among 3 swimming pools, 1 was quite chaotic with kids foam party and renting rowing boats, the other one was for club members only. So bascially, if you want to enjoy swimming, you only have one choice left which is not quite impressive. We enjoyed the beach more.

This is one of beatiful place in Hainan island. We were inspired in real, restful beach, wonderul palme around and unforgottable see. Concerning breakfast, you find there any dishes of your hear wishes. The servise staff try to do the best for you. I will advice this place for enjoing.

There is some shorcomings, but it dont let pay attention on it. Simple, theres some obstackles with communcations, cause chinees people dont understand English not many of them.

The hotel in total is just great, even it’s not new, but very clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good and variable, lots of attention for children. Beach is few steps to go. We were really helped by the hotel staff, especially Azat, who made our stay so pleasant.

Some rooms don’t look new, some sockets were broken.

The view from our room was stunning. The couch on the deck was comfy for a nap or to play cards. The food was really good and pretty well priced for hotel food. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of seats outside. People cleaned the beach regularly.you can walk to grocery, beer resto, etc.

I don’t understand why there are no sun beds on the beach. It is nice to swim in the sea. It even said if you like waves… this is the place to come.

The so-called ‘private beach’ it was gated from the beach so you would have to walk around to get into the sea but adding to this it was a rocky beach! Location is quite far out if you didn’t hire a car - maybe a little inconvenient

The Front desk staff is very helpful especially Henson and Hector . All other staffs are friendly and helpful too .

If connecting rooms had been preserved for us would be perfect. suggest put some beach chair for hotel guests
