Location. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Cleanliness.

It’s silly but the chairs in the restaurant produce so much noise when one moves them. It’s really noisy. Everybody complained.

- nice suite with balcony view of sea - bath tub and shower - breakfast buffet - friendly staff

- no access to beach -also Couldn’t do water activities- unlike other hotels nearby - excessive restrictions with pandemic ( 0 cases in area) - limited things to do. Had to go to other cities on region. - lack of English speakers for an international hotel - staff didn’t know much about . - seafood was so-so.

If you are solely coming to the hotel for the hotel, then this is an amazing place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing. There was a wide-variety of food and beverages to choose from- it was delicious and fun. We stayed Christmas Eve and were treated to an amazing dinner and entertainment. It was a great night!

Unfortunately, we also wanted to explore outside the hotel grounds for fun and a relaxed beach vibe. Unbeknown to us, many of the coastal shops and bars had be boarded up, ready for redevelopment 4 days out from our stay. This was a disappointment for us and so we left early (with no problems). However, the hotel is the destination if that is what you are looking for- you won't be disappointed!

Everything was great. Met immediately by staff upon arrival at hotel. Greeted by many people. Check-in was fast easy and friendly. Room was big. Great view. Great comfort from bed to linens to towels to bathrobes pillows mini bar safe furniture. Breakfast buffet great. Pool area great. Fitness center great and a great spa. Overall great experience. Maid service was spot-on. Always fresh towels and linens.

A/C could have been colder. But room temperature was comfortable

Excellent Location. A 10-15 minute walk to all bars & even to the City Center. A Stunning Hotel - spacious, clean, modern rooms which are well maintained. Beds are huge & so comfortable! The hotel staff are all extremely helpful & efficient, however their English is rather limited, but they tried their best to assist & were extremely prompt. The Hotel Manager Caesar was excellent! His English was really great & he went out of his way to assist us. We requested a different room as we were facing other hotels & only had a limited view of the ocean, however Caesar gave us the upgrade & we had a room with mountain & sea views and the breeze that came into the room each day, made it so worthwhile. The rooms are really spacious & modern and there is an ice delivery service which is quite handy! The pool was amazing & we didn't mind the water temperature, as people who previously reviewed their stay, complained that it was too warm. We liked the temperature as we were able to swim late into the evening & it felt like we owned the pool as we were mostly the only people at the pool during our stay.

I would highly recommend the Hotel to introduce some pool side activities like Happy Hours, maybe a DJ or background music, some light afternoon nibbles, to attract more guests. We had our own alcohol and snacks which we enjoyed by the pool, however there was a couple next to us who ordered some drinks from the menu and they complained that it was too expensive and left shortly afterwards to go to another hotel where they could swim and enjoy a happy hour. Guests wouldn't feel the need to leave the hotel if prices were decent enough in terms of alcohol.

Pool was big. Rooms very clean and larger than normal Staff very very helpful, always smiling saying hello. Any problems always trying to solve problems for you. I like the hotel situation

Very clean and well maintained. nice pool. amazing terrace view and room but it comes at a price.

staff like not very present. no orientation at all about anything. at least « wifi », « pool location » « what’s to do around » … are basics any 5S hôtel should welcome guests with. no soul there at all. also poor F&B at executive lounge. pool staff was nice and put some nice mood in the property.

Good location, several minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Nice hotel staff.
