Venue needs more than 3 elevators... They are always full and take a long time. Gym equipment needs a 2024 upgrade. Read the other reviews here that the staff didn't speak English well and such... Please don't let this discourage you from staying here, all you need to do is use translation tools.

Great view. Room facilities are a bit aged. The location of this hotel is close to the big mall in Dadonghai area. However, we didn't quite like this area. It's kinda like Patong in Phuket so I would personally avoid it in the future. But if you want to be close to everything then this is a good area. The hotel has a super long breakfast time lasting from early morning to 1pm. Breakfast is not bad, considering the price of this hotel... Our room had an ocean view, which was very nice. Overall a good experience.

Room facilities are old. The Dadonghai area is not the greatest kind of place in Sanya I would say... We went to Yalongbei afterwards and Yalongbei was definitely nicer than Dadonghai.

Great location and the room had amazing sea view

We booked the room with a large double bed but got a twin bed room. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a new double bedroom very quickly. The hotel did charge us 1000 yuan deposit on arrival which we weren’t aware of when booking.

Breakfast options were varied. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great. Very convenient for going to the beach. Rooms were regularly cleaned and pretty comfortable.

Pool is a bit cold. If it was slightly warmer, would make a huge difference. More dinner options in the evening would be nice.

I can’t really see how anyone could give this place a negative review. I thought it was awesome start to finish. great price, always cleaned, perfect location right near the beach and right next to a mall with lots of small beach shops nearby. great Indian restaurant a few minute walk away. pool view was great and never too crowded. I saw in other reviews people complaining about a lack of English spoken by the staff, but I haven’t been to any cities in China where very much English is spoken. it’s china. learn some mandarin or break out the translation app. i don’t speak any and I had no problems. I recommended the hotel to some friends coming next month

I did think the breakfast buffet was tasty but if it’s not included in your room (wasn’t included for me) could be a bit pricy. I paid ¥180. the food selection was good though. nice range of Chinese and western options
