There is almost nothing in walking distance so be prepared to use a DiDi or rent a bike.

Great value for your money. Clean, elegant grand lobby design, great pool, great banquet breakfast, good laundromat, rooms were modern with comfy beds and a great bathroom. The room had a nice little balcony too. Highly recommend and would stay again next time I’m in Sanya.

Hotel staff were accommodating. I ordered a taobao parcel that arrived before my check in, and they kept it well for me when I arrived. Thank you! The scenery from the lobby was beautiful. Check in was a smooth process. The hotel rooms were absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet has a pretty ok spread! I wish there were dim sum! There are noodles, fried rice etc but it might feel a bit too oily or heavy for breakfast. Its also easy to get a Didi here. There's also a locker near the lobby for food delivery! I ordered milk tea and some dim sum, and they were kept safely in the locker when I picked up. A note for foreigners - its better to get a sim card with Chinese number so ordering food will be much easier.

Perhaps just the location, there are not much to do nearby~ highly recommended to book a didi/cab to get around the area! Despite that its easy to book a didi, always come around 5-10minutes.

Amazing cleaning staff. Those ppl are wonderful. Big lobby and entry gives a Grand feel. Hallway to rooms are with a view and smells nice. Room is specious, king bed is so comfy. Small fridge is ok for some water bottles. Room has view at pool area, other rooms and lobby. There's small parking in front of hotel (sunny) and large basement parking, ktv, club and kids playground. Nice touch is a small market across lobby.

You will have some troubles with figuring out how room light buttons are working. On Booking price for breakfast is 88 (on site is 100 and it's not worth it). You can order food from outside. Rooms with pool view is noisy from pool area, occasional Port and ship airhorns, pool floor was not clean as you wished. One night drunk guests from club33 at 1st floor were yelling around 2am and swimming in the pool. After 20mins other guests started to complain from balconies and they left. Reception was mute.

The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, when I asked to change my room, because the view was not what i was expecting, they upgraded me to another room, with a view of the harbour. The manager Dylan even kindly arranged for his driver to take me and assist me in getting my pre-departure covid test. The resort is quiet and away from the crowds. i would stay there again, and would recommend it.

My only dislikes, was that the swimming pool was not heated, and it was too cold to swim in, I stayed from January 15th for a week. Though they do have a hot tub, you can use. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because it mentions soundproofed, but I could still hear people outside in the corridor or from other rooms, while in my bedroom

Clean, they cleaned every day and the cleaning staff was very discreet and nice. The location was great, could’ve been closer but it didn’t cause any problem to us. You can bike to DadongHai.

The baby crib was in a bad condition.

the facilities are great. the breakfast buffet was great. room was spacious and had a good view of the nearby harbour. soooo many things for kids to do. the last day we stayed the kids had a pool side foam party, that was awesome. it’s a beautiful property.

it’s a long way to get to the beach because of the layout. the location isn’t the greatest in terms of accessibility to anything close by and it was often noisy at all hours due to the harbour and the road out front. the entrance situation is also a bit strange and even stranger to explain if you haven’t been there. it would also have been nice to have the room service menu in English, even if it was on the reverse or in smaller letters under the Chinese.
