Great hotel for families. We used the complimentary shuttle to disney and airport. We also did our laundry in the laundry room, which comes with soap and dryer. (Tip: do this during mid-day when ur child gets a nap, cus both machines will get occupied in the evenings). Gym is located next to laundry room and kids playground, which I thought was a thoughtful design. There’s also a kids activity just outside breakfast, which my child really enjoyed — all thanks to the kind and gentle lady who was so patient with the kids.

Shuttle to city was just once a day, would be better if frequency is increased due to limited activities in the hotel vicinity. Wish that staff knew better about attractions nearby — eg website states that there’s an ecological park, staff told us park would be opened till 8pm. We got there at 6pm by taxi but it was already closed. There’s also a luxury outlet mall (expensive) nearby but staff did not seem to know when we asked. We did find it eventually. There are restaurants at that mall if you want something different from the hotel’s offering. Hotel appears relatively new but not very well-maintained with visible signs of wear and tear. Hopefully it remains a gem in years to come.

shuttle bus service not only to Disneyland and Airport, also go to the bund. Shuttle bus to and from Disneyland stop Infront of hotel lobby. it take only 7 mins to arrive Disneyland and every 30minit have a trip, and it start early 530am. staffs are helpful and polite. Room is spacious for 1 family 5 member to stay Hotel is kids friendly, there have playroom while we are waiting the shuttle bus to airport, There are tv zone in restaurant, so as parent we can enjoy our breakfast.

Hotel room is bit old but is clean, room is dark, sunlight and light is not enough. I have a family room but only 1 window, so I think it cause the room is not bright enough and ventilation not good (no odd smell as there are fragrant in the room)

Great alternative to Disney hotels at a fraction of the price. Rooms were clean. Lovely add on with the teddies in room. Daughter loved that! Shuttle bus to Disney was great and easy to book.

Family room for 3 people only had 2 beds. Daughters shared so wasn't an issue , however they weren't double beds so could have been an issue for a family of 4! Would elbe nice to have better timings for shuttle bus. There was over an hour between bus coming back. Given how close it is to thw Park you would have thought there would be more running - that said- the fact there was a shuttle bus was great.

Close to Disneyland, free shuttle bus from/to Disneyland and airport, children's indoor playground, big TV in restaurant for children to enjoy movies, comfortable bed and hotel room. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices.

The lighting in the bathroom and cloak room was way too dim, which was hardly able to use the mirror for make-up etc. The cloak room/wardrobe where you can put your luggage was very dim too which meant we could not pack/unpack our stuffs there, and had to pull our luggage out to the bedroom where there was sufficient lighting.

The shuttle was reliable, on time and free of charge. I used the shuttle to Disneyland and the airport with no troubles at all. The room was well appointed, cleaned daily and restocked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The telephone was not working and the safe as well but was attended to almost immediately. No issues there. No fault of the staff but there is a language barrier with me only being able to speak English and no Mandarin.

Apparently other rooms in the hotel can be noisy due to the subway. Not sure. There was no Vegan meal options readily available. Definitely something to add since Veganism is and international requirement and is growing.

It is perfect hotel for family with kids whose main goal is disney shanghai. The shuttle buses were such a comfort, to and fro. The hotel have activities for kids so it keeps the kids entertained. My nine year old loved the mermaid room. It was hot but the play thing in the balcony kept her occupied. Loved the staffs friendliness and eager to help attitude. We didn't speak chinese but they had translators and few of them spoke well to communicate, really appreciate it. The hotel was clean and house keeping were really kind, they gave us water and bed and bedding were really clean and fresh, and comfortable. Overall its a total keep for families.

I found the hotel food just ok. My reservation said double room double bed, but it was just one room with two double bed, for 4 ppl the room was small but it was fun to stay together, we really bonded.

The hotel is very comfortable and the room is spacious Kids friendly hotel, near to disneyland. Got shuttle to disneyland which is very convenient If you missed the shuttle you can go with didi it just cost you about 14-15 yuan/trip The food in the restaurant is so good which make up to the lack of restaurant nearby the hotel And the price is also not to expensive Love it Recommend to book a room with breakfast or you can just order food using online apps if you can read chinese and apply for local number

The room was luxuriously huge, beds were very comfortable (great after a long day at Disney). Located near Disney, shuttle bus was convenient. No F&B or shopping areas near the hotel, but the hotel has a fantastic restaurant serving very delicious Chinese cuisine and yummy buffet breakfast.

If I am being picky, there were small signs that the rooms are a little been worn/dated (scratches on furniture, slight peeling of wallpaper) but these did not affect the quality of my stay. Could also have more USB plugs near bedside.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, and got tv showing Disney videos to entertain the children. Also got free children activities too. Book a Disneyland tour guide at the hotel lobby. My tour guide 筱晨 is good and helpful. He will help us plan the Disneyland itinerary so that we can sit those popular rides at the shortest possible time and maximise our time in Disneyland. Kudos to him.

It's a bit far from bund but they did provide free shuttle bus

The fact that it offers shuttle bus to the airports/ train station / center and Disney is a great plus and really easy to book. We had a stroller but we were able to rent one from the hotel that could sit two children (which made our life easier in Disney). The breakfast had a lot of options, both Chinese and foreigners, and with good taste and quality. They always had a children movie to entertain them while eating. There is also a big ball park in the hotel completely free for guests. Really happy with our stay and really recommend it for whoever is going to enjoy their time in Shanghai (specially for Disney)
