Breakfast was varied and delicious. Above all, the ‘sour’ (spicy) ramen and mustard kimchi were excellent.

It was a room without a window leading to the outside, and it would have been nice if the lighting had been a little brighter. And I was disappointed that there was no self-service laundromat around the hotel.

Clean, well kept hotel with classy design. Helpful, kind staff, spot-on service.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled, we had to extend our stay in Shanghai. I called the hotel from the airport to ask, if they are able to accomodate.us for the 2 nights whe had to extend our stay. They said, the hotel is 100% booked, no rooms are available. I jave checked on the Booking.com and on the Trip.com before my call, and there I would have been able to reserve the room, but the denial of the hotel staff left me with a very bad taste, we booked anoter hotel. Please, infirm the staff to chexk the availabilities accessible of the agencies, and so not desimform clients, it makes you loose customers and the reputation of your otherwise fantastic chain.

We had a great experience with the hotel, even though our stay was unexpectedly cut short. Due to a very urgent and unusual situation, we had to leave Shanghai on short notice. Frank, the manager, went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly understanding and processed a refund for that night without hesitation. His quick response and genuine empathy made a stressful moment much easier to handle. We’re truly grateful for his kindness and support, thank you very much, Frank!

Stunning room- everything I could need or wish for to hand

Having booked b and b, the Breakfast was a problem for me due to not knowing the contents of the food as it was a foreign country and I can’t speak Chinese. Hotel were happy to remove breakfast from cost when I explained I couldn’t eat certain foods

Nice quite and clean rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast. So perfect voor business trips! Special note for the coffee at breakfast: Mia makes you the best cup off coffee you can get!

It is slightly out of reach from any highlights in Shanghai.

Room was fantastic. Concierge was very helpful.

Restaurant staff need training. Waited over an hour one evening for dinner. Received after my colleague had finished his meal. They were not attentive. Had to continuously ask for drinks. When my colleagues meal arrived, we asked for an ETA for mine and it was not ordered. They then failed to ask for dessert and after we did order, brought out the wrong one.

I enjoyed staying at this Hilton, which was both very conveniently located and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped and the mattress excellent quality. The breakfast choices were broad and I enjoyed choosing from them each morning.

I asked for a late check-out, which was granted, but somewhere between me and the desk staff we forgot to update my key card and so I needed help to collect my belongings.

It is clean, the daily room service was done very well. The staff was friendly & they are local and western options for breakfast. There is a starbucks and family mart nearby.

The breakfast is the same daily, so it can get repetitive ( i stayed for 4 nights). There are no other nearby normal restaurants (except the ones from hotel or expensive restaurants).

Room is big and nice. Hotel facilities were very high quality.

The room I originally got had a weird smell and I had to get it switched. One of the furniture in that room was also broken. I do not think the room was ready to accommodate but was used anyways. Not up to 5 star standard. Room switch was fine tho!
