It is a nice and clean hotel, the staff is very nice. We took a taxi, it is not expensive and it is the easiest way.

Internet good during the day, slow in the evening

First of all, the satisfaction level for the price was very high. 1. All staffs are very kind. And I could communicate with front staff without any problems. 2. Room is very clean and I could stay & sleep very well in room. 3. Breakfast is also very satisfied for Korean. 4. My wife really liked to use a washing machine for free. 5. Near hotel, there is just an office building. Not apartment. So it's very silent to stay quietly.

I saw a review that someone felt this hotel is located a little bit far from downtown. But I didn't feel it. Rather, it was so nice to be at the right distance. :)

The rooms were superb, very comfortable and clean when we checked in. The front desk staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. The breakfasts were really good.

The staff in the dining area were not very friendly and could not speak English. I think efforts should be made to learn the basic english in order to communicate with their international guests. I asked for a cereal bowl and it never came i ended up having my cornflakes in a cup! one of the breakfasts i went 5 minutes before close time they were already clearing up all the food and they were very abrupt with me that they were closing. Other holiday inns that i have been to do not treat their guests like that .

The breakfast was good , but as we are muslim visitor & there are more & more muslim visitor came here , so there should be some halal food.

There should be some halal food options & bathroom should have a lock machanism . If there is two people in one room , that should make a problem.

Hotel staffs & Amenities. Free laundry is by far the best. Free stuff.

Not quite didn't like but 1st impression at arrival was the location. This area is a distance from the bustling Bund & Nanjing Road however towards the end we found an easier way than taxi & train. The bus takes right up to the Bund, right at the opposite of hotel. So end up also good.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Place is clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

Housekeeping keeps forgetting to put two towels back when they come service our room. We reserved two occupancy and we started with two towels but every night when we return to our room they only gave us one towel. The front desk was very nice and gave us another towel when I called but we had to do this every night. So it was a bit of a hassle.

Breakfast was too good with multiple options, Location is near to the expo center but not close from the main attractions of Shanghai. Overall I am very much satisfied for everything.

Everything was perfect and I would love to book this same hotel in my next travel.

I do recommend that the staff should be able to speak more English. The breakfast is mainly Chinese, I recommend adding more dishes for other cuisines

Location was good. Hotel ambience was clean and refreshing. Room was spacious.

There were very little Halal food option in breakfast, which kept me hungry after still having breakfast. Would highly appreciate if they can add more Halal food options for Muslim guests.

Free laundry with free detergent and dryer. Staffs even help us to keep the laundry when we are not around. Allow early checkin when we arrived before the stipulated time. Love it! Breakfast is great too.

Far from public transport, food and town center. ATM is 20-30 minutes walk away.
