Very good hotel, neat & clean, good breakfast and staff is very accommodating.. but..

Unfortunately I don’t speak Mandarin or Kantonese so not easy to communicate in English.. but it works eventually with some repeating. Bar closed irregular time and when we did want to sit have a drink before turning in it was closed and it was not late. Also the pool was closed during our stay.

5-Star Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay very relaxing. What really stood out was the customer-oriented staff. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location was close to the airport, the amenities were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!

We stayed at the hotel for the second time because it is located close to the exhibition. There was construction work going on next to the hotel. Luckily we were given quiet rooms, there was no noise. The earplugs were provided as a compliment. From Pudong Airport, it takes 1.5 hours by metro, you can reduce it by 20 minutes if you take the super fast Maglev train. The metro station was a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, all rooms are non-smoking. My room was huge, with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed. There was a kettle in the room, which is important for me, I really like drinking tea, tea/coffee is renewed daily, + two bottles of water. Breakfast was excellent, large selection of everything. You can also use the swimming pool free of charge. The hotel was decorated for New Year, there were Christmas trees, etc. The staff was friendly, but not everybody spoke English. A very good option for a business trip!

Deposit There was no free shuttle to the exhibition like before!

bed and pillow was like home. next to swedish mall with lots of restaurants and international and local brands.

there was a strange pilar in the room. it took up a big space and i was worried i would accidentally walk into it and hit my head!

The room was spacious, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food. Cleaning staff was very attentive as she found the novel I left in the room's toilet.

I was assigned to a room far from the lift lobby, though I requested one nearer to the elevators. The hotel is not very convenient for shopping.

Clean, location near to NECC for event, next door is Ikea and the new shopping mall Livat, Metro is in the mall.

Breakfast choice could be better for vegan with a little bit of effort, eg the soyabean milk is too watery.

Great location with new shopping centre next door. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

The cleaning team started working around 730 everyday, I can hear them talking loudly due to the poor sound proof.

Great location for shopping eating and taking the subway. Food delivery is done by the robot which is quite convenient. The room is spacious with a seperate living room and bedroom.

BREAKFAST : There SHD HV BEEN more VARIETY for VEGETARIAN ( no egg , fish , meat FOOD NEEDED ) ... TOILET FACILITY : NOT SUITABLE for INDIANS , there shd be water NOZZLE IN TOILET !!

The location is very convenient. Big rooms. The metro station is a very convenient location. The staff is very cooperative.

Swimming pool time is too late. Indian cousins are missing breakfast.
