The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so neat and comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel staff were incredibly nice. Not the best check in experience for a 5star hotel as no one even assisted with taking bags to my room after a long flight. Language barrier, not many English speakers who respond to calls.

The front desk service at this hotel is excellent! Halona Reception is warm and friendly, and check-in is quick and efficient. Patiently answer all my questions, but also offer the surrounding play advice. The room arrangement was also very considerate, taking into account my special needs. The entire stay experience is greatly enhanced by the excellent service at the front desk, highly recommended!

The building is fantastic, from inside and out. The gym and pool are of a high standard with plenty of equipment. Breakfast room is impressive with a good range of food options of a high standard.

Gym and pool hours opening too late in the morning, should be 6am for people with different schedules.
