Had an amazing stay! From the B1 level, there’s convenient underground connectivity to Hongqiao Railway Metro Station (Lines 2 & 10), Hongqiao Highspeed Railway Station, Paradise Walk Mall, The Hub Mall, Hongqiao Airport, and the Shanghai National Exhibition & Convention Center (NECC). The Hub Mall is right next door with some international shopping brands. From B1, you can also access Ming Court, which offers various restaurants and cafes. Options include Thai, Spanish, Latino, Western, and Chinese cuisines. Our favorite was Bourbon Cookhouse, a western restaurant. The metro to the city center (Nanjing Road East Station) takes about 30 minutes and costs CNY 5. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing maps and advice on places to visit in Shanghai.

Very far from Shanghai Pudong Airport. Taxi can cost more than CNY200. Instead take the metro line 2 which connects Pudong Airport to Hongqiao Railway metro station.

Service was incredible. Double bed room with (very large) private balcony was a great bonus for our extended stay. Breakfast was fantastic. Room service was excellent and well priced. Beds were very comfortable. Design/ aesthetics were modern and chic. …did I mentioned the service? Yes - incredible!

Our outdoor umbrella on the balcony/ deck broke and other parts of the outdoor space showed wear and tear. Could use some maintenance. But these are minor issues.

Clean and well maintained. Exceptional breakfast buffet - ensure that it is included in your room rate. Perfect location if you have to do day trips in the greater Shanghai area - from the hotel you can directly walk into the train station Hongqiao. And also the airport is around the corner. Despite Airport and Train Station it was absolutely silent in the room. For dinner you will find also several restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Everything OK. The vicinity is a modern office environment. Don´t expect a vibrant Chinese neighbourhood.

Great hotel, everything seems new, lots of technology incorporated. Saw a robot maid going around the hallways. It’s very convenient for a night stop in Shanghai, lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from

Not sure if it was us being very tired after the ride from Hong Kong, but it took us long to find the exact exist to the hotel from the train station. That place is a maze and it would help to have some indicators towards the hotel. The pool wasn’t heated and you have to buy a cap to get in.

Thank you very much for such a nice service, we stayed in this hotel one night in August and we liked that place very much, especially thank you to Helly and Daisy:) The hotel is very modern furnished , good breakfast, glass swimming pool and very nice bar on the last floor ! Everything you need for good rest! We often stay in this hotel when we are in Shanghai and will come here again definitely !

Clean & modern. The staff were all great. So professional & helpful. I got a late check out which was perfect timing (deadline/ workwise). Will definitely visit again :)

Everything was great! Only suggestion would be to have signage somewhere in hongqiao railway station, which is only across the road but it’s a huge maze (I got so lost!). Presuming a lot of people will come from there..

The location is good and easy to get to from the Highspeed Rail. No need to cross a lot of roads or take a taxi. Breakfast has many stations. The room was quiet and the bed great. There are many restaurants close by and a place to walk.

The hand lotion bottle in the room was empty and the body wash in the shower was very hard to use, it wouldn't squirt out much given the way it is positioned.

The location is perfect when traveling by high-speed train. It is right at the train station / airport. The staff was all very friendly. The food was very good. We had supper on the 12th floor and it was exceptional. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The room smelled like smoke. So much so that all our clothes and everything in our bags that we opened stinks of smoke. The smell was overwhelming and caused some allergic reactions.

The hotel location is really good and close to hongqiao train station and hongqiao airport. It is convenient to take the subway to other places. Moreover it has a great shopping center with a lot of restaurants and the bars nearby. The hotel is modern. the room is spacious and comfortable to stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool as additional activities. Also the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

It takes less than 10 minutes to Hongqiao Railway Station. If you have to take early train in the morning, this hotel is the best choice. Furyher, the bed and other facilities are not like any other hotels nearby train station or airport. The bed was really comfortable and other facilities are really good.

I had quite big luggage but no staff were there to help.
