I had the split level room which was spacious and very comfortable. It was a reasonably lengthy stay (10 days) so this was important. Breakfast was very good. It's well outside of the main city which means car collections from factories visited were no problem. I've stayed in central Shanghai before, and traffic is so bad - and the city so large - many suppliers won't send a car to collect you from a more central hotel. You are forced to metro or taxi to a meeting place on the outskirts. It was very quiet.

Location. Whilst convenient for the Tradeshow we were there for (3 days) - and Shanghai East railways station (10-15 minutes) - it's a LONG way out from any decent evening life - restaurants, shops etc. 30-40 minutes taxi ride. Whilst this enabled car collections without the issues of a more central location - it was TOO far out for evenings. somewhere in between would have been better on reflection.

Clean and modern, the rooms are more like mini apartments, with lots of space to work, eat, relax etc. Two levels, with the bedroom on top of living room. This allowed for huge windows and a feeling of spaciousness, but has some practicality concerns. Lots of shops in the hotel building, supermarket, convenience store, lots for food (and good). The hotel had robots to bring orders to rooms. Apart from the hi tech vibe, they worked remarkably well.

The gym was abandoned, messy, no water, no sanitizer and unclear which towels were clean and which used. Pity, because it’s decently equipped. The room may have been spacious, with lots of room to work or rest, but two levels and relatively steep stairs meant some practicality issues and need for caution.

I like the toilet. It’s 9 Celsius degree outside , cold and you will have electric toilet to warm up and touch free . This is really good . It’s Near the location I want to visit , shanghai national expo convention center, only few mins to there. The room is big.

The breakfast is not really so good , but it’s okay . The hotel should re-design the entrance of restaurant to prevent cold air outside. Cold air outside made the food getting cold. I took the potridge and hot milk but it was not hot , it was cold . The wardrobe : the hotel should I stall the dim lights inside. It was dark when I opened .

Except of the location (it is far from downtown which we took about 35 minutes by taxi to go to downtown and there is no subway station nearby) which we've already knew (so no complain!), I do think that this is a PERFECT accommodation especially for those who needs retreat (quiet time) and wants to stay longer in Shanghai. There is a grocery store downstairs and many restaurants nearby. There is a cinema and good French café nearby. It's like a small quiet town. The apartment is spacious (like a loft), modern and super CLEAN especially the bathrooms (there are two bathrooms). The washing machine is just in the bathroom so it is very convenient. But you have to go to the third floor if you need dryer. The laundry room is there. The staffs are helpful. They gave us plenty of mineral water and soda.

It will be great if the washing machine has drying function.

Split level suite, have to climb stairs to bedroom. Large, very open room. Easy check in and check out and pretty short taxi ride to airport or train station in the morning. They have a good small supermarket downstairs for evening snacks and food.

It's a good transit hotel, but not much to do at night in the immediate area with limited things to do at night and places to eat.

Every thing you need next to you resturant, cafe, supermarker, spa and gym in the same hotel

Every thing was far from the suites to go like nanjing road the bund malls and many thing every thing you have to take a taxi and each place is 30 minute to arrive

I was there for a night to transfer from airport to train. the room is HUGE and totally out of my expectation and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel which request 10 steps to walk over and soooo many choices.

so far nothing

Everything was fine from checking in to checking out. The staff even though couldn't speak much English, they were very helpful through pictures and translation. The only person who spoke English was Mr. James (front desk). Thank you James and others for your assistance. Room service was excellent as well. Breakfast was a wonderful spread.

My view

Wonderful staff, very friendly & helpful. The room/flat is nice & very well designed. Lots of great dining places, pubs & even a cat cafe is within minutes walk, awesome living experience Make you feel like back to home.

felt slightly that the room wasn’t being 100% utilised, so additional setup would make it even nicer! But that’s just a 9 to 10 change, it’s still a 9 score place to stay!

Very large 2 floor suite. Very comfortable. Great location. The en-suite bathroom is excellent.

The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit narrow, and the step threads are quite short. Front desk staff are very professional and helpful, but some extra language skills would be great.
