Thanks to Tony, front office runs well. main gate security guys very old and not presentable. better put dynamic and young staff. Main gate is the first impression always. Carpet in the room and floors. Carpet means dust and unhealthiness.

Just in Exhibition center. Rates were really convenient and services very nice. Food court and shops around the hotel. Staff helped me with many things even they kept my luggage for 3 days till i came back to hotel. Pool and gym are good quality facilities. Breakfast is very nice and restaurants with a top quality and variety.

Just some services were expensive like massage, when in China normally is cheaper. Anyway is a 5 diamonds hotel so...

Hotel was lovely big spacious rooms with a comfortable big bed and nice bathroom. Great location if attending an exhibition at the NECC just a short walk away. Hotel had a few different restaurants food was lovely plenty of other food options close by along with convenience stores.

Loved that my exhibition that I was attending at National Exhibition and Convention Centre Shanghai was only a few meters away and I could walk there whenever I wanted. The environment along with exclusive club facilities was very comfortable and enjoyable. Truly value for money!

There isn't anything that I can think of that was off the chart for me.

The Hotel was amazing. Good clean and well mantained. We stayed at the biggest room available and both my wife and son loved it. The swimming pool was my son's fav place to go. Breakfast option could be better but not bad at all. The location is great too if you want to be on the go to the airport or train. Food is plenty around the hotel. A 5 min ride to The Hub and other shopping center. Would highly recommend.

The only complain was from my wife. She thought the A/C was a lil to much esp in the lift. Me and my son really don't mind it though. Maybe could also add a bidet at the toilet esp for the biggest suite. Oh and maybe change the sofa for the suite. It's not very comfortable it's too narrow and not comfy for long sitting session.

This is the best place to stay for anyone going to the Convention Centre next door. Was easily able to go back and forth from Hall 6. Large rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. 5 mins from HongQiao airport, so your trip after a long flight is super quick and not subject to Shanghai traffic jams. A few restaurants around the hotel and some decent little coffee shops!

Nice hotel 10 minutes from Hongqiao Airport and Train station. My room was upgraded to a suite which was nice but a bit of a waste as travelling on my own for work Dined in the Hotel Chinese restaurant - food was excellent

Very close to exhibition center. There are plenty of food and convenience stores.

Every thing in this property is excellent nothing dislike.
