My stay at sofitel was absolutely flawless from check-in to checkout. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with luxurious amenities (the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!). Location couldn’t be better: close to airport, yet peacefully quiet. The breakfast buffet offered delicious variety, and the on-site Chinese restaurantexceeded expectations. Special shout-out to molly and audrey for their outstanding service! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so neat and comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The hotel staff were incredibly nice. Rachel at the front desk patiently answered all my questions, and the service staff were both enthusiastic and efficient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted delicious. The location has great transportation access and is close to many attractions. It's extremely cost-effective. I'll definitely be back next time!

Not the best check in experience for a 5star hotel as no one even assisted with taking bags to my room after a long flight. Language barrier, not many English speakers who respond to calls.

The front desk service at this hotel is excellent! Halona Reception is warm and friendly, and check-in is quick and efficient. Patiently answer all my questions, but also offer the surrounding play advice. The room arrangement was also very considerate, taking into account my special needs. The entire stay experience is greatly enhanced by the excellent service at the front desk, highly recommended!

The food was amazing, a lot of choice! The room was very clean and on point, The Staff were very helpful Especially Audrey and Kyrie, they really assisted to have a very comfortable staff, even for late check out as my flight was later in the evening.

Hotel is located very conveniently for the Trade Show we attended. It is a beautiful Hotel, rooms are very comfortable and staff is helpful and very friendly. Food in restaurant as well very good and restaurant staff always very accommodating. I highly recommend this Hotel.
