Hotel was nice and clean, with spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast at the hotel (rather expensive to additionally purchase) was really outstanding, easily exceeding some 5 star hotels honestly.

I thought location would be more suitable (attending exhibition at NECC) but not sure it was a good decission. It took around 15 min to wal each morning to the exhibtion. In the proximity of the hotel you cannot find any cafes or bars, or even restaurants except for a few places we didn't really feel like going in. Metro station is also 15 min away (at NECC) so I can't say that it was a good call. Price was extremely high but I guess this is because I booked it only week before arriving. On the other hand, last 2 days I stayed in Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre (which I also booked week before arriving and paid half-the-price of this one) which was completely different league.

I liked everything about my stay. The breakfast was exceptionally good, especially with the different varieties to choose from. The restaurant was very clean. And the fact that I could have a few takeaways for the day too. Chris was an excellent host. Helpful and friendly.

One small issue was the language barrier which at times made it difficult, especially when it came to inquiring about traveling in and around the hotel. Other than the language issue, I have no complaints.

Yes everything is good, location, staff polite, and very safe for family & especially couples &. I give you rating 10 out of 9.

the thing is The deposit payment is not informed me. While booking by booking.com or by hotel side. Better inform the guest before arrival to Hotel. May be it will be little prepared for us. It's just only my opinion...

Clean! Amazing breakfast! Employees are all super helpful , they helped out in so many ways from having cabs come quickly to the hotel and having Chinese yuan for currency exchange in a pinch, they even allowed me to store my luggage for the day after I had checked out which allowed me to go shopping without my bags and come back and then head to the airport!

I had paid for a room with a soaker tub and I was given a room with a stand up shower instead but they rectified this after I pointed it out.

The personnel were helpful and seemed to speak English better than nearby hotels where my colleagues was staying (I stayed for a few days for a business trip and it was my first time in China).

The air conditioning in my room was initially too strong (below 22°C), but maybe that's how local people like it to be.

Very modern hotel, super clean room, big shower and nice washroom. A really fantastic breakfast! Position is good to stay near the Hongqiao airport/train station (only 15 mins by taxi) in the morning.

I missed to use the wi-fi. It didn't work on my (Italian) mobile and laptop... what a pity!

Location to the fair. Very close. Food was a problem. Had to drive 15 km for Halal food.

You need to cater for Halal food at the hotel breakfast time. Many middle east business people travel china.

Location is good for business as it’s near to exhibition center but far from city center, staff are very friendly and helping in everything, breakfast was good, room and room services very good, gym good enough, very good experience, thank you.

Only some water leakage due to continues rain from the window.

An oasis away from the outside world. Perfect to relax, staff was very attentive and helpful, hotel was beautiful, room was wonderful, my bed comfortable my breakfast delicious. Very close to Metro Station, which made discovering Shanghai a breeze.
