i didnt like that i cant regulate temperature in my room because of the air conditioner system that is managed by hotel themselves. and it was 24-25 degrees all the time,windows cant be opened either.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Jerry from the staff. From the moment we arrived, Jerry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He was always available to help with anything we needed – from recommending great local spots to eat, to arranging transportation and answering all our questions with a smile. His genuine kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. The hotel was beautiful, love the design, its interior. As you arrive you are greeted and taken cared of by their staff. From receptionist, front desk, concierge and all were attentive to our needs. The bedroom was pretty and clean, had all the basic stuff you need. Slept in comfort. Dined at the Japanese restaurant located in the same hotel which served good food plus, dined at the hotel restaurant where servers were very attentive, food was good too. Our flight was late in the evening and the staff was kind enough to extend our stay free of charge for late check out until 4pm. We highly recommend this hotel, such a great choice!

The hotel is gorgeous. Very clean and modern.

The breakfeast buffet could use a revamp. Also thestaff is not very attentive, as you would expect from that kind of hotel. And the location is not very great. About 15 min walk from the closest metro station.

The hotel and staff was nice and very helpful. Buffet spread was good and bed is so comfy. Our room was huge too.

Location is nice but can’t walk to anywhere. There’s few food place around it only. Choices are limited. The TV has not English Channel at all with all the 75 channels. Considered it an international brand, would be nice to have one or two English channels besides CNN.

Upkeep of the room and staffs were on the ball

The pillows were terrible, zero neck support 😑 I also understand that booking.com payment is not linked directly to the hotel, hopefully this can be fixed asap.

Nice decor, good hairdryer, great (japanese) toilet, great shower.

There are no shelves in the wardrobe :( Clothes that can’t be hanged cannot be taken out of the suitcase.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, the room was spotless and comfortable. Would definitely come back!
